Hirakubosaki Lighthouse is the northernmost point of Ishigaki Island. It's about a 50-minute drive from the city center. This was my first time there, but it was probably the best place I've ever been to. I was able to relax, and there were paragliders flying nearby 🌪️ It was fun to watch. I think you can probably try it out, so I'd like to try it someday. The view is great, the sea is beautiful, and it's sure to be relaxing. The fact that it's the northernmost point makes it an easy destination, and it's also a great driving spot. The Hirakubozaki Lighthouse (Hirakubozaki Lighthouse) is the northernmost lighthouse on Ishigaki Island. It is also selected as the love lighthouse in Okinawa Prefecture. It is very suitable for watching the sunset either during the day or in the evening. Although this viewing platform is not big and you cannot go inside the lighthouse to visit, it is one of the top three attractions I visited in Okinawa this time. The sea view I saw there was truly unforgettable. If you have enough time, it is highly recommended that you spend half an hour here to see the sea. The northernmost tip of Ishigaki Island - "Hirakubozaki Lighthouse", passing "Toya Ranch" along the way. From a distance, the grass of the ranch is dotted with black "Ishigaki beef". With such a large lawn for grazing, it is no wonder that "Ishigaki beef" is so famous and delicious. Continue walking up, turn from the main road into the winding path, and finally arrive at the "Hirakubozaki Lighthouse". Maybe it's still early, so there aren't many people. If you are not traveling by car, you will have to take a long way by bus. Looking out from the lighthouse, you can see the endless horizon of the "East China Sea". If the weather is clear, the scenery will be even more beautiful. After leaving the lighthouse, we saw a restaurant with "Superb View" written on it along the way, so we decided to have lunch here. The store is not too big. In addition to the seats inside the store, there are also seats facing the sea outside the store. We wanted to sit outside to experience the "brilliant view", but unfortunately there were no seats, so we had to sit next to the floor-to-ceiling windows inside the store. This restaurant was originally called "Seven Colors Ishigaki Island". It serves Japanese-style Western food and Wagyu hamburgers. The food is good and the scenery is even better.
