From the "Five Blessings Platter" at the Hilton Garden Inn Tianmushan Shuhua Hotel, I immediately spotted the "Scallion Oil, Sand Ginger, and Bamboo Forest Chicken." The spiciness of the sand ginger enveloped the tender, juicy bamboo forest chicken, inside which was a delicately simmered, boneless, poached chicken. That was a refreshing start to the cold appetizers. The Taizhou Hilton Hotel brought "Crab-Stuffed Orange with Garlic," featuring freshly made Hong Kong garlic jelly topped with freshly stir-fried crab roe, wrapped in Huangyan tangerines—a double dose of freshness with the delightful flavor of citrus. I reckon even Lin Hong, who wrote about "Crab-Stuffed Orange" in *Shan Jia Qing Gong*, would have been full of praise. The Jiashan Hilton Hotel's "Wangdian Sanyuan Chicken Soup with Fish Tofu" showcased the mastery of Huaiyang cuisine: a clear and fresh broth made with "Wangdian Sanyuan Chicken," a specialty of Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, and a Chinese national geographical indication, served with fish tofu arranged in a delicate, butterfly-like arrangement. The Quzhou Hilton DoubleTree Hotel's "Thunder Bamboo Shoots and Dalian Fresh Abalone with Sweet Pepper Sauce" skillfully blended mountain and sea elements: the crisp tenderness of Quzhou thunder bamboo shoots and the chewy texture of fresh abalone complemented each other beautifully, bridged by sweet pepper sauce—simple yet sophisticated. The "Caviar Crispy Lamb Belly with Truffle Sauce" at the Zhuji Hilton Hotel is a real "contrast highlight": before tasting it, it's hard to imagine that lamb belly could be as crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside as a crispy suckling pig roll. The caviar and truffle sauce on top are an edible dipping sauce. This creativity elevates the entire experience. The Sanqingshan Hilton Resort Hotel served "Guangfeng Lamb Soup Rice Noodles" as the main course: Guangfeng goats, unique to Jiangxi, China, are famous for their free-range grazing. This kind of lamb, with its "liveliness," is truly nourishing. The rice noodles soaked up the rich broth, warming my stomach and leaving me completely satisfied. The finishing touch, the "Wine-Soaked Cherry Black Forest" at the Huzhou Nanxun Hilton Hotel, showcased authentic French pastry craftsmanship, demonstrating the pastry chef's superb skills. This echoed the "Molten Chestnut Ice Cream" appetizer, evoking the beauty of early winter. The next regional tasting banquet will be hosted by the DoubleTree by Hilton Jiaxing Hotel. As I watched General Manager Yuan Xinghan hand over the chef's ladle, I mentally reviewed the dishes Jiaxing had prepared that day. The "Baked Crab Roe with Shrimp and Water Chestnut" features crab roe wrapped around shrimp, and the springy water chestnuts soaked in the savory sauce – a truly hearty bite that reveals the sincerity of Jiangnan. Known as the simplified version of Hangzhou Conrad, Zhuji Hilton is located in the 203.7-meter-high Zhuji Greentown Plaza tower. It is undoubtedly a landmark in Zhuji and the highest point in the urban area. The hotel leans against Taozhu Mountain in the west and faces Puyang River in the east. At the top of the city, you can overlook the entire city of Zhuji. I came here when the hotel just opened, and this time I revisited Zhuji and stayed at the hotel for two nights. 1. The hotel has a super good location. It only takes about ten minutes to take a taxi from Zhuji High-speed Railway Station to the hotel. Xishi Hometown, a famous scenic spot in Zhuji, is within walking distance, about 15 minutes away. If you are driving, it is more convenient to drive to other scenic spots in Zhuji. Zhuji Hilton is currently the best hotel in Zhuji and the only international hotel brand. It has a high cost performance and is the first choice for accommodation. 2.
