Stayed at the Life Hotel in Budapest
Stayed at the Life Hotel in Budapest
Spent three days and two nights in Budapest, witnessing this fairy-tale-like tranquil and beautiful city, where every moment captured by the shutter is a romantic memory worth savoring. Stayed in scenic rooms of different price ranges for two nights, both the luxury and cost-effective versions, and had a good experience in both, recommended to everyone.
Day 1 Luxury version Hilton Budapest hotel hilton budapest Danube River view deluxe king room 2000 yuan/night (Cheng)
Hotel room: The hotel is on a hill, and the room offers a panoramic view of the Fisherman's Bastion and the Danube River. Check-in was very smooth, and the hotel staff were very friendly. We contacted the hotel via 'email' a month in advance, requesting room 517 with a view of the Danube River, and the hotel responded quickly. Here, I highly recommend everyone to stay in room 517! It's just too photogenic!
Room view: The view from the window to the left can be the princess's castle, and to the right can be the fairy-tale world of the early morning. This hotel can be said to be my life hotel, at sunrise, the morning light passes through the clouds, and the pale pink fairy-tale feeling comes rushing in; at sunset, you can enjoy the night view of the Fisherman's Bastion and the Parliament building in the same frame, it's just too beautiful!
Room breakfast: The room includes breakfast, and I recommend the in-room breakfast. There is a breakfast menu card in the room, choose the type of breakfast you want and the delivery time, hang it on the door, and the waiter will take it away. The next day it will be delivered to the room on time~ so you can take beautiful photos with the morning light~
(PS: The quilt and table were moved for the photo, and everything was neatly put back when checking out. Be a civilized Chinese person even when abroad hhh)
Day 2 Cost-effective version 1000 yuan/night Park Plaza Budapest hotel Park Plaza Budapest Danube River view deluxe king room
Hotel room: Since there was an early flight the next day, it was essentially just for sleeping, so I considered a relatively affordable one. The bedding in the room is on par with a domestic three-star hotel, but the room is large and clean.
Room view: This hotel is right on the Danube River, a 3-minute walk to the Széchenyi Chain Bridge. You can see the full view of the Parliament building, and you can enjoy the night view of the Parliament building lighting up and turning off the lights at a closer distance than from the hill.
The service staff included a very nice old gentleman who was very enthusiastic about checking us in. We checked out at five o'clock the next day because we had to catch a flight and missed breakfast, but while waiting, he considerately told us we could have a cup of the hotel's coffee first. Overall, for this price and view, it is also highly recommended for everyone to choose within this budget range.
Attached are beautiful pictures, if you have any questions, feel free to comment or send a private message~

As soon as you open your eyes, you can see Fisherman's Bastion and the Parliament Building.
Really strongly recommend staying at the Hilton Budapest next to Fisherman's Bastion.
The reserved room type is a river view room.
We arrived at the hotel early and when we checked in at 2pm, we told the front desk that we wanted a room with a good view, so they arranged this one for us.
The moment the door opened, it felt so worth it to be able to see both Fisherman's Bastion and the Parliament Building at the same time, and with such good luck, these past two days have been mostly sunny.
I was fortunate enough to see the small raindrops and pink sky after the rain.
Before, I saw some people saying that living in Hilton is inconvenient for transportation and requires taking public transportation. However, during my stay, there were always taxis waiting outside the hotel, and you can also download Bolt to quickly call for a ride. Overall, transportation is still very convenient. (Note: Uber cannot be used here.)
Image one is for in-room breakfast.
On the handle inside the door, there is a breakfast order form. Fill it out and hang it on the handle outside the door. The hotel staff will come to collect it in the evening (just hang it before 2am). We have made our choice.
7:00-7:30 the next day, the hotel staff were very punctual and rang the doorbell at 7:00.
