[Guatemala] Hill of Crosses
I went to the Hill of Crosses in Antigua, Guatemala!
It was a wonderful place with a panoramic view of the city of Antigua!
Until recently, it was said to be a slightly unsafe place, but now there are police there, so there is no need to worry about security.
Please be sure to visit!

How to get there: I recommend taking the shuttle bus from the capital, Guatemala City
Tourist attractions: All over the city, especially cafe hopping is fun
Hotel: Pension Tashiro
Meals: Daily lunch at La Casa de las Mixtas
There are many places you can go to starting from Antigua, such as Acatenango Volcano, Lake Atitlan, and the Chichicastenango market (Thursdays and Sundays).
If you stay at Pension Tashiro and have them make a reservation, you can be sure of the shuttle and tours.
Everything is sold at the Mercado, so you don't have to worry if you run out of clothes or other things.

Guatemala Antigua Viewpoint Hill of Crosses Review 😆
There is a place where you can see a really great view when you travel to Antigua, Guatemala, Central America!! You can walk up and go up quickly, but it is a high altitude, so it may be a little harder for those with altitude sickness ㅎㅎ..😂
It is free to go up to the observatory, and there were a lot of tourists when you arrived! You can see a great view, so if you go to Antigua, you should definitely go❤️👍

Amazing view of the city of Antigua even it a bit cloudy and it was peaceful in the morning. It was a great hike and it’s best to go early if you can.
Wear proper hiking shoes and don’t forget to bring bottled water and a rag. I got to the top of the hill around 7:30am. The only other people there were the park cleaning staff. The hours of Cerro de la Cruz are 7am-6pm and it’s free to enter. I went on a Wednesday morning, but I imagine it gets very busy and much hotter in the afternoon.
