Suzume's Paradox filming location🎥
I really enjoyed the movie, so
I wanted to visit this place at least once when I travel to Tokyo -
It's Hijiri-bashi Bridge in Ochanomizu

🏷Trains pass by more often than you think
🏷If you want to see the timing of the three trains passing by, just look at the timing of the red train coming out of the tunnel-!
🏷It was very hot in the strong sunlight when I visited in October... 🥹

[Tokyo] Hijiribashi, an arch bridge over the Kanda River
Hijiribashi Bridge, which spans the Kanda River, is an arch bridge near JR Ochanomizu Station.
It is located where the JR and metro lines intersect, so you can see the Tokyo skyline and trains.

Tokyo: One-day tour starting from Ochanomizu 🏙️
#TokyoItinerary
Ochanomizu is an area full of culture and history that is perfect for a day trip. In the morning, you can start at the Hijiri Bridge, an elegant bridge that crosses the Kanda River and offers great photo opportunities, especially in the spring when the cherry blossoms are in bloom.
Next, you can walk to Kanda Myojin, a historic shrine known for its beautiful architecture and peaceful surroundings. You can visit here and experience traditional Japanese culture.
At lunchtime, you can sample local cuisine at the restaurants around Ochanomizu, where there are many cafes and eateries offering a wide range of options, from Japanese curry to ramen.
In the afternoon, you can head to Meiji Jingu Gaien, which has large areas of green space and old trees, perfect for walking and relaxing. Finally, if time permits, head back to Ochanomizu’s Book Street, where there are many second-hand bookstores and comic shops for book lovers to explore.
In this vibrant district, you'll experience Tokyo's perfect combination of history, culture, and cuisine.

The Suzume's Locking Up the Doors Ochanomizu Bridge
Ochanomizu Station Bridge is a place where you can see three railways passing at once. It is famous as the place where the ghost (Mimizu) appeared in the train tunnel in the movie Suzume's Locking Up the Doors. It was a bit disappointing that it was cloudy and rainy. Visiting the Suzume's Locking Up the Doors Ochanomizu Bridge on a sunny and clear day would feel much more impressive. Since it is located in downtown Tokyo, it would be nice to visit on a clear day.

Sakura Citywalk: Tokyo's Next Level of Sakura
🌸From the early cherry blossoms of Kawazu Sakura to the current Somei Yoshino, I have been chasing cherry blossoms for more than a month and have written 17 Tokyo cherry blossom guide notes. 🌸Suddenly I found that if I look at cherry blossoms too much, I will enter a period of visual fatigue...
✔ But! It wasn’t until I visited these 3 places in Tokyo that I realized they are the next level of Tokyo’s cherry blossoms‼
🌸Cherry blossoms are beautiful, but if you only see cherry blossoms, it would be monotonous and dry. If you like a place with many flowers and few people, rich elements, and want to maximize the experience of cherry blossom viewing, then go directly to these 3 places‼
✅Directly arrange a 🌸Cherry Blossom Citywalk‼
🧶Route: Ochanomizu-Hiroshibashi-Kanda Shrine-Miyamoto Park-Akebonobashi-Omokagebashi-Mishimabashi...-Higo-Hosokawa Garden-Edogawabashi-Edogawabashi
🌕Coming out of [Ochanomizu Station] is [Hiroshima Bridge], which is the camera position in 📸Picture 1, from which you can take pictures of 🌸cherry blossoms and 🚇the train speeding by. On this bridge, you can see multiple tram lines entering, stopping, and leaving. It is a great place to take pictures of trams and observe "Tokyo life".
🌕Just a few minutes' walk away is [⛩Kanda Shrine]🌸I didn't expect that the cherry blossoms and the red shrine buildings here would look so beautiful together! The cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and their reflection on the shrine buildings gives a feeling of falling snow in winter, with a kind of fairy-like beauty! Kanda Shrine is a very famous and relatively large shrine in Tokyo. It is very Japanese and comfortable to see the cherry blossoms and visit the shrine.
🌕【Miyamoto Park】This unexpected discovery is right next to Kanda Shrine! 🌸The park is full of cherry blossom trees! It's a great place hidden in a corner that only Japanese people and those who stumble upon it by accident know about! 🌸The numerous blossoming cherry trees seem to cover the entire small park, like a cherry blossom carpet trying to hide it. There are three staircases and a children's play area in the park. 📸The location of the stairs does not require any angle, and it is surprisingly good for taking photos.
🌕Next, we will take a bus to [Kanda River (Akebono Bridge-Omokage Bridge)]. This is the high replacement of Meguro River! Fewer people, more money! There are so many flowers that it’s exploding! You can walk from Akebonobashi towards Edogawa Bridge, and both sides of the river are covered with cherry blossoms! It’s more than you can imagine! 🌸The combination of rivers, small bridges, small lanterns and cherry blossoms is really a happy and romantic scene in spring!
🌕On the way to Edogawa Bridge, you will pass by Higo-Hosokawa Garden, a 60-year-old Japanese-style strolling garden. The garden is not big but very exquisite, not inferior to the major gardens in Japan, 🆓 and it's free! After leaving the courtyard, we continued towards Edogawa Bridge, and there were still cherry blossoms everywhere!
✔Trust me, this 🌸cherry blossom viewing citywalk is guaranteed to give you enough to see in one go~ You can go from "joy" to "numbness", there are really too many...

The 'Suzuha's Journey' Leap Scene at the Sacred Bridge in Japan
🥳🥳 Sacred tour check-in for the leap scene of Suzuha's Journey
🌸 Picture and text version! Today, I'll take you to check in at the Sacred Bridge in Tokyo where Suzuha leaped, it's a 1:1 restoration of the scene from the animation!!
🤩 First, we take the JR Chuo-Sobu Line to Ochanomizu Station, then exit from the Mizuhashi exit. The photo of Suzuha and her aunt getting into the sports car is also taken here.
🍉 Walking to the Sacred Bridge, it's truly the only place in Tokyo that leads right to the doorstep, there are so many people coming to check in!!
🍉 Looking down from the Sacred Bridge, if you're lucky, you can see four trains meeting at the same time over the Kanda River.
(Unfortunately, I didn't capture a photo with all four trains in the same frame this time)
🍉 The scene of the Marunouchi Line emerging from the tunnel is as if earthworms are also coming out of the tunnel!
🍉 Behind is the route where Suzuha jumps off the bridge, the buildings, street lamps, and roads on both sides are exactly the same! It really feels like being completely in the world of Suzuha's Journey.
