[2025 Hershey Attraction] Travel Guide for Hershey's Chocolate World (Updated May)

It's true that Hershey, PA smells like chocolate. But the exhibits at Chocolate World were not all that great. I don't think you miss much by not taking the tour. Just head for the gift shop and buy up some sweets. If you paid more, you could do extra things like make custom candies, but we didn't do that. #triplocal

Hershey's Chocolate World is a chocolate factory with many zones selling products, selling food and activities. Tourists can visit for free every day from 09.00-21.00 hrs. If driving, parking is free for 3 hours. We bought 2 activity tickets: 1. Chocolate tasting is an activity that introduces you to chocolate and teaches you how to taste different types of chocolate. 2. Create your own candy bar is making your own chocolate bar and designing the packaging to take back as a souvenir or a gift. This is fun. We spent almost the whole day here. We also ate lunch here. It was a bit expensive but delicious. #100TravelTips

With the Niagara Falls nearby, we also feel happier exploring this place. They also have the best chocolate milkshake here and it is so tasty and delicious. There are rides inside Hershey’s Chocolate World and it is available for free. You can learn about their chocolate making history and buy some limited edition chocolate too. We bought their Harry Potter series as gifts to bring back to our friends. Prepare to spend some time to take photos here because it is a popular tourist place.
