Henderson Waves
Henderson wave is a beautiful bridge with views far down below. Great place to pause when walking the trail and enjoy the nice views of the city and greenery around. It does usually get crowded so it's nice to take advantage of the few sitting areas. The wooden planks are beautiful and the surrounding is peaceful.
One of the number one tourist attractions in my opinion. Situated in a lovely park connected to multiple other parks and green area.

Nature of Henderson Wave
#singapore #park #nature
People tend to forget recommending this park when talking about nature places in Singapore. And it is a shame because Henderson Wave is one of the most interesting places to visit in Singapore.
The variety of plants here is incredible. Ranging from bamboos, to ferns to fig trees. If you’re the kind that appreciates nature a lot, you could benefit from getting a nature guide to walk you through this place as we did. From time to time the Youth Corps of Singapore will have volunteers to bring people around to share their knowledge of nature.
The architecture here is interesting to say the least. It’s called the Wave because there are segments of the park that have wave inspired designs, so do look out for that.
Lastly, there are just tons of bugs and animals to observe if you’re into that. We weren’t into it that much so we didn’t spend that much time on it. But they made nice pictures though!

Beautiful Henderson Wave Bridge
#wecreate
The Henderson Wave is a stunning bridge that connects two lush hills in the Southern Ridges. The Henderson Wave, designed by architectural firm RSP Architects Planners & Engineers, redefines the conventional notion of bridge design. With its sinuous, undulating form resembling the curves of a wave, it seamlessly integrates into its natural surroundings while evoking a sense of awe and wonder. The bridge's graceful curves rise and fall, creating a dynamic silhouette against the skyline. As pedestrians traverse the bridge, they are treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding greenery, including lush treetops, vibrant floral displays, and the sparkling waters of the nearby harbor.

A Walk on the Waves!
Twas a lovely afternoon when we explored Henderson Waves. Started midway by ascending the insane flight of stairs along Henderson Road, then proceeded in the direction towards Hort Park. The terrain varied from retro park paths to boardwalks nestled in trees! The sun was out but the air was cool in the shady areas. It was a pleasant couple of hours and an easy walk with lots to take in!

Singapore's Stunning Henderson Wave Bridge
I recently had the opportunity to visit Henderson Wave bridge in Singapore and it was truly a breathtaking experience. As a lover of architecture and design, I was immediately drawn to the bridge's striking wave-like shape, which was unlike anything I had ever seen before.
I was also impressed by the sustainability features of the bridge, such as the use of solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system. It's great to see that the designers were able to combine form and function in such an elegant way.
The views from the bridge were absolutely stunning, and I loved being able to take in the surrounding area from such a unique perspective. I can't recommend a visit to Henderson Wave enough - it's a must-see destination for anyone visiting Singapore.#bucketlistreboot

Henderson waves trail
My walk continued from Mount Faber Park, after taking a water break. I started to see why this 10km trekking route is so popular here. There are signs guiding you to your next destination everywhere. It is so well connected that you can just keep walking and the views will keep changing. Amazing. I like walking but not climbing so i gets energetic here.
Henderson waves is a artistic pedestrian bridge, spanning 274m. I see people meditation in the alcove waves.
Next we were link to Telok Blangah Hill via Hilltop walk and Forest walk. The elevated walkway is very cool as it allows you walk at eye level with the forest canopy. Pity, i did not spot any monkeys.

Experience Nature with a mesmerizing view
Henderson Wave (Mount Faber)
Getting There - By bus + walk or grab!
Attractions - experience nature at its finest at the heart of Singapore
Henderson wave is truly a iconic site nested within Mount Faber Park. If you are an avid nature lover or just want to take a casual walk and experience nature at its finest with a view, then this is the place for you.
Just a short 10-15 walk from the carpark located closest, Henderson Wave provides you with a 360 view, allowing you to experience nature, sea and the heart of Singapore heartlands all in one place.
My advise is to come early as it can get really crowded during peak periods. Definitely recommend coming to this place!

Henderson Waves Bridge
Highlights:
Henderson Waves is the highest pedestrian bridge in Singapore, crossing Henderson Road in the Southern Ridges in Singapore. There are 7-8 series of stairs which you need to take to reach the Henderson Wave from the park. The Henderson Waves and Southern Ridges Walk is around 10km long, it is one of the longest walking routes in Singapore and it comprises Mount Faber Park, Telok Blangah Hill Park, Henderson Waves, Hort Park and Kent Ridge Park.
True to its name, the Bridge mimics the undulating shape of a wave, curving and twisting along its entire length. You may sit and observe the beautiful surroundings and a rich variety of flora and fauna, at the shell-like niches and hidden recesses. It also offers you stunning views of the island and beautiful sky from above.
The bridge is a popular spot for families, joggers and couples. Great for weekend outings.

Between Nature & City 🌳🏙
A hike in between the city and nature is like the best of both worlds.
A hike from Hortpark all the way to Seah Im Food Centre passing through Henderson Waves & Mount Faber Cable Car Station - was quite a scenic view and seeing how magnificent Singapore combines nature, old architecture to modern ones.
This hike is actually great for first timer or someone who just want to enjoy a nice hike as there are no high slopes or off terrain courses. It is also not as crowded as the areas are spread across different paths and if you are up for a challenge, there are some off terrain paths which you could take located near the Mount Faber Cable Car Station leading you to old Japanese Tombs.
Ending off the whole hike of 5KM, the final stop was Seah Im Food Centre where you can find lots of food options and is conveniently located at Harbourfront with 2 MRT Lines & bus interchange.

Henderson Waves Hiking 😎
One of my favorite dog-friendly hiking locations 🐾
Henderson waves is a easy 5-10 km hike with lovely views and many pit stops for rest and recharge. Convenient to refill your water bottle at one of the water coolers on the way 😆🙏🏼
An extremely rewarding climb that provides sufficient challenge, the hike ends off with a fantastic view of Sentosa from Mount Faber! Also, remember to also ring the Poland bells of happiness at Arbora, the picturesque restaurant situated atop Mount Faber 💫
Definitely lots of insta worthy shots to be taken on this hike! ✌🏼

Henderson Waves
This is the highest pedestrian bridge in Singapore at 36m and is just 274m long spanning across the busy Henderson Road below. There is no step on the bridge, making it easier for the elderly and the handicapped to enjoy the facility and the accompanying views. Made of yellow balau wood, an all-weather timber material found in Southeast Asia, it can be quite unnerving for visitors who are afraid of height to notice the gap in between the slabs. These steel 'ribs' sculpts the bridge and gives it the artistic feel of a dancing wave that bounces from one park to the other. The ribs also act as shelters for park goers.
The reason why it is called wave because its architecture is in the form of a wave which makes it appealing from the outside.

Beautiful Bridge Attraction
#favouriteitinerary
When we travel overseas, we will usually visit their nature parks as well as their beautiful bridges and other attractions. The Henderson Waves located in the west part of Singapore is definitely a place you must include into your one day itinerary. You should allocate a day to explore the attractions at the west part .The Henderson wave is one of them. The wave bridge is very unique and great for taking pictures here with the great scenery. During the weekends, the place is filled with tourists as well as locals, who walked all the way up here, just to get a glimpse of the beautiful Henderson wave bridge here. Be sure to include it into your day tour here.

Henderson Trail
#newyearnewtrip
The walkway from Mount Faber park towards the Henderson waves is not easy at all. You will have to climb up the hill and downwards on the stairs. It is best to go during the morning as the place can be very dark during the evening and night time. There aren't many lights around that area. Be sure to be careful when walking down the slope and the stairs, as it can be very slippery. It is best to go during non-raining time, as the place can be very wet and makes it very hard to navigate around the area. It took me about fifteen minutes of fast walking to reach the Henderson wave from Mount Faber park. You will definitely enjoy the walk there .

Henderson Waves

The Henderson waves is the place that you can visit when you are going to take the telok blangah hill walk. It is about ten to fifteen minutes walk from the start of the telok blangah hill park. The Henderson wave is very unique and interesting. The shape is like a seashell. There are several sheltered sitting areas where you can rest there. There is also some vending machine where you can get some drinks and light snacks. It is definitely a very instagrammable place to take some beautiful pictures. As the Henderson wave is at the hill top area, you will have a great view of the telok blangah estate area.

Henderson Waves
#travelanywhere
Went to the Henderson waves for a short walk. It is near telok blangah. This long pedestrian bridge is super pretty both in the day and at night, and the views you get here from on top is quite nice. Managed to get quite a few pretty shots here while I was walking with my family members here. The unique wave like structure is quite pretty and interesting as well. Lots of tourists were here too, just exploring the place and taking in the nice scenery, greenery and views. It is about 118ft high so it can be quite scary to some too, but super nice to be up here. By the way, you can even walk to harbor front , Mount Faber park , or even the Hort park while you’re up here at the Henderson waves. Lots of people are actually exercising and jogging here too as it’s a nice and cooling environment to be at. Overall enjoyed my trip here and would definitely come back for more walks and pictures.

Best burger i've ever eaten
Had one of the best burger ever @burger labo.
The meat was just fireworks in the mouth.
And i think my BF loves their burgers more than me
The place is small with limited sitting areas ( low and high table sitting)
Food: 4.8/5
The portion size is good.
If you sit at the high chairs you get to see them prepare the food. Dont be fooled by the portion size as its quite filling
Price: $$
A fancy burger for $$ is rather worth.
We ordered the waygu so it was rather expensive but thry do have cheaper options for around <$15 (if im not mistaken)
Location: its situated in the industrial area so if you are taking public transport you may drop off at the bus stop outside/ at the interchange , and then walk in
the shop is all the way in, hidden away from the car gantry
Add: 213 Henderson Rd, #01-10 Henderson Industrial Park, Singapore 159553
Go try it, its worth it #pankoeats #sgeat #burgers #sgfoodies

🇸🇬 Southern Ridges: Henderson Waves
#wheretogo
I gotta say-this bridge is a marvel! Finally we reached this easy, breezy walk after a long walk. This pedestrian bridge that comes in an award-winning, distinctive wave-like structure really lives up to its name. We reached there around 11.30 am and it was scorching hot under the sun. Despite that, we saw many birdwatchers camping on the bridge only to take the perfect pictures of various bird species.
