There are several night markets in Da Nang, but when t makes Cho Dem Helio is the modern settings and the food availability. Street food sold there is more like a fusion between local and foreign, and thus garnered the interest of the younger population. Due to the more organized stalls arrangement, the night market tends to be cleaner than the others. There is also a centre stage for performance where visitors can enjoy while having beers or juices. Typically a mix between cultures.

Da Nang's most festive Night Market! 🇻🇳🧧🏮
#newyearadventure
Da Nang may be known for its rich history and beautiful beaches, but like most Southeast Asian destinations, you cannot miss out on the night markets! Located in Da Nang's central Hai Chau district, Helio Night Market (Cho Dem Helio - right in front of Helio Center) is enormous, and not known by many tourists! It has 4 zones: Diverse Food, Seafood, BBQ & Beer, and Special Shopping.
The standout was definitely the stage, with a large space for audience to sit, eat, and be entertained. This #yearofrabbit , the night market was filled with excited for the approaching lunar new year, with festive decorations, music, and performances. I highly recommend trying the Vietnamese Springrolls and Da Lat Crispy Pancakes! The grilled oysters (5 for VND100.000 sell out fast, so be there early.
Helio Center (a huge kids' entertainment mall) is just behind, so this is suitable for families. Helio Night Market definitely shouldn't be missed when in Da Nang!
Tips for visiting Cho Dem Helio:
1. Motorbike parking is VND3.000
2. Come at sunset and grab a table at the stage early!
3. Grilled oysters are a MUST try
4. There's even Singapore Tauhu! 😄

Helio Night Market
#wheretogo
Helio Night Market was marketed as the best night market in Da Nang City and I can see why. However we did not stay long as we thought it was too well done and curated that it is okay to visit another location.
We had to take a grab there and luckily we could alight easily at the main entrance. The night market had only just opened for the day so there was little people.
It was actually very pretty with the colourful booths and fairy lights. They even have nicely decorated dining areas.
The whole place is just Instagram worthy compared to the other night markets and most importantly no touting!
