Personally, I think it's more charming to watch it at a slightly dark time! The parts of the clock moved with the music of Ghibli sensibility, and it was a very pretty and cute performance that reminded me of Howl's Moving Castle. The total performance time from the pre-movement is about 3 minutes. ㅎㅎ Right next to the clock, you can see airplanes flying across Tokyo Tower in the distance and the sunset, so it was a very pretty space!
