The egg inside isn’t very sweet, but the bottom of the tart has a layer of caramel to add sweetness. The outer dough is a bit crispy and hard. I personally like eating them hot, which is more delicious than when they’re cool. The second flavor I’d like you to try is the Pistachio Tart, which the shop recently released. It’s so delicious. I personally like this flavor the most. The tart is soft and smooth, and the pistachio flavor is intense in every molecule. The price is more expensive than the first one, each piece costs 30 dollars.
