Lunchtime is the best time for tea! Recently, my friends and I went to @ at the Harbour Grand Hong Kong to enjoy a 150-minute dim sum buffet😍 With up to 45 types of special dim sum, roasted meats, small dishes, and desserts to choose from🤩 The environment is luxurious, and the hotel-level service made everyone super happy! As soon as we sat down, each of us was served a bowl of chayote fish soup, which was rich and delicious👍🏻 Then we had a piece of fish maw, which was nourishing and good for the skin💕 Next, we tried the abalone puff with oyster sauce, which had a crispy crust and was both delicious and exquisite🥰 When it comes to tea, dim sum is a must! There were many types of dim sum available, and my favorite shrimp dumplings and siu mai were unlimited and fantastic☺️ The hot and large char siu buns were soft and filled with ingredients, and the heart-shaped char siu pastries were fragrant and crispy, looking and tasting great😋 The best part was the unlimited roasted meats😍 and they were of high quality👍🏻 The char siu was full of honey flavor, soft, and had the right balance of fat and lean meat. The crispy roast pork belly with mustard was amazing😋 There were also many appetizers like jellyfish with cucumber, sesame eggplant, and small dishes like XO sauce radish cake and rice rolls, all of which were very tasty🤤 After eating, there were still desserts! There were many types of sweet soups and cakes to choose from, and the must-try mango sago was rich in mango flavor and very sweet. You can see the East Coast Park theme area up close, and the scenery of Central, Wan Chai and West Kowloon in Hong Kong Island from a distance! I was lucky enough to be upgraded to an executive suite for free when I checked in. Since it was my birthday celebration, I was also given a bottle of red wine! The long staircase in the hotel lobby is very impressive. It is wide and large, and is very suitable for taking photos with the bride and groom, brothers and sisters when picking up the bride at a wedding! The building is 41 stories high, and floors 8 to 40 are all guest rooms. I remember that we were arranged to the executive suite on the 10th floor.
