Imagine you woke up with comfort food cravings, just few minutes walk away and you will get pampered with tonnes of food options! Would recommend this hotel because the staff is very lovely and helpful for all of our requests, including having their number to tie with food delivery app! The room was spacious and comfy just nice for 2 person! Tell you a secret..the toilet bowl is washlet bowl and come with heated seat 😆😆 amazing experience in toilet during cold weather. This hotel is the best. The staff are lovely and friendly. They help with many things. The hotel room is not very big, but the staff, including Ai, who cleans very well. The location is also good, close to the lake. The hotel is next to the art street. There are many cafes and restaurants. There are many places to take pictures. You can walk around and enjoy yourself. The convenience store and cafe are right across from the hotel. This is the best hotel I have stayed in China. If I go to Hangzhou again, I will stay here. The location of the hotel is quite convenient, very close to the taxi or subway entrance, the waiters are very friendly and the rooms are clean. When I left, the young lady gave me a handshake gift, thank you.

It is very close to West Lake in Hangzhou, with convenient transportation. It is within walking distance of Ding'an Road subway station, making it convenient to visit the attractions on the south side of West Lake. There are also many bus stops nearby to different locations in West Lake. The hotel has a quiet environment, affordable price and high cost performance. There is a craft beer bar downstairs where you can chill at night. This time we booked a triple room, which was spacious and had a clean toilet.

This very good hotel and super well located in the heart of Hangzhou, offered us much more than we expected!! 🏆 extremely well clean, beautiful decoration of the rooms and common areas and one of the most comfortable beds ever (memory foam mattress is a dream on a dream 💤) . The breakfast was one of the highlights with so much variety, fresh fruits and vegetables, all so well prepared and with a chef ready to cook your noodles 🍜 what else can you ask for ? 😁😁😁 . perfect for a city break to enjoy the old Hangzhou and also explore a bit of the north area !
