1⃣Waibaidu Bridge, Photos 1, 2, 3
China's first steel bridge and a century-old Shanghai landmark. Use the bridge's structure to create triangular geometric compositions for more impactful photos. You can also go under the bridge to frame historical buildings.
2⃣Sassoon House, Photo 4
The rooftop of Sassoon House has reopened, offering not only a unique perspective but also framing the Bund's historic buildings with Lujiazui's "Big Four" landmarks. The second floor also has a terrace where you can enjoy afternoon tea—absolutely delightful!
3⃣Postal Museum, Photo 5
Originally the Shanghai General Post Office, its iconic clock tower has a nostalgic feel. The popular "Gateway to Shanghai" view is right at the museum's main entrance, while shooting from Zhapu Road Bridge across the street is also a classic angle.
4⃣Nanjing Road Intersection, Photos 6, 7
The visibility here is excellent. The popular spot is right at the Shandong Road/Beijing East Road intersection. You can also cross to the opposite side for an elegant street shot that feels like you're in a foreign country.
5⃣Observation Deck, Photo 8
This spot is close to the Bund but much less crowded. The classic red brick building makes for a great photo backdrop, especially the...
6️⃣People's Heroes Monument, Photo 9
7️⃣Zhapu Road Bridge, Photos 10, 11
The famous "Wizard Bridge" of Shanghai. If you love sunrises, don't miss this spot—it's known as one of the most beautiful sunrise locations in the city.
After relaxing, if convenient, you can rest at the nearby Hanting Hotel (Shanghai Bund Jiujiang Road Branch) for a perfect end to your day—amazing!
