#bestsunset #100waysoftravel Its a nice autumn and chilling autumn season again and we visited the Hanuel Park, which is located on top of Sangam dong near World Cup Stadium. Hanuel Park is well known for its wide array of Pampas Silvergrass which only grows and bloom during autumn. We strolled and took many nice pictures around until sunset, where we managed to catch some very nice and breathtaking pictures. The orange glaring sunset shines through the golden silvergrass field and gave a nice surreal drawing like picture. We could not bear to let this nice picture off so we snapped many of those, to be kept as nice memory. This will be one our best kept memory in Seoul.

For those looking for a place filled with autumn atmosphere and silver grass, we recommend 'Sky Park'. It's a famous spot for silver grass, sunrise, and sunset. Visit around 5 PM to take photos with the silver grass, enjoy the sunset, and see the night view of the Han River. It's a perfect way to complete your day. The silver grass is beautiful, and there are many photo zones where you can take amazing pictures.

#seoultrip Located near World Cup Stadium you can find a share amount of different parks. On our way from Mapo-gu Office metro station to the park there were World cup park with a lake. As for Haneul Park (haneul means sky) you can go up the stairs there (as we did) or take a small cart (~2000won). The stairs werent that bad and the view made it even better. The park itself is very green, well maintained and with places to rest or even have a picnic. Its nice to have stroll there and look at the city and Han river from one of the sides. It was very quiet, we were even able to hear a performance down at the Han river park. Take a moment to rest from bustling Seoul

Take Exit 1 of the World Cup Stadium at the MTR station and walk for about 10 minutes to reach Sky Park. Sky Park has different flowers and different scenery all year round. This time I was in time to see the miscanthus and snow scenery. It's really beautiful. Perhaps because of the winter, there were no travelers, and all I met on the way were locals. To get to the top, you can choose to pay a ticket for 2000won, take a ride up the mountain, or take the 291 stairs. On the way up the mountain, you can slowly enjoy the view, in fact, the 200 steps of stairs are really quickly completed. The view is amazing, especially during autumn when you can catch the silver grass. Went on a Sunday late afternoon and it was quite crowded (queue for shuttle bus was super long). Climbed the 291 steps to get there, and the park and the beautiful sunset was definitely worth it. Hope to explore more places like this in year 2023

a must visit attraction during the autumn/fall period you may choose to either hike up or take a mini cart to visit the park. i choose to hike up, which took around 20-30mins. bear in mind there are more than 200 steps up. hence the hike up was not easy. but nonetheless, you get to enjoy the view from various check points. the park itself is really pretty! a very photogenic place! good for your ig photos/ profile pic etc. there are also many photo spots for you to take pictures. there is also a small store for you to buy some snacks if you are feeling hungry. entrance to the park is free, which is why you see many locals there. highly recommend you to visit if you are in seoul!

This is called Haneul Park that also means Sky Park. Its like a maze, if you're viewing it from above. To be honest, I lost my friends few times in this beautiful grass 😂 Yes, its grass, but its not a typical grass. If you're coming during autumn, you'll get to see the famous Pink Muhly Grass which is so rare. Its so beautiful, but its only there in autumn. The weather was perfect during my trip (early oct) - bright blue skies and just the right amount of sunshine, making the photos look amazing with vibrant colors all around. Getting to the park was pretty easy. After a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop, I reached the park entrance. From there, I started up the stairs—an uphill climb that’s free to explore, though it does require a bit of effort. But trust me, it’s worth every step! The view opens up as you go higher, surrounded by tall, waving grass and beautiful flowers that stretch all around. Once at the top, there are plenty of open paths for walking and taking photos. I loved the giant bear sculpture; it’s a fun and quirky addition that adds a unique touch to the park. Highly recommended to go by taxi, to avoid the confusion in allocate the area. Very nice paddy field. I highly suggest going around 3pm onwards to be able to visit the place & catch the beautiful sunset at 530pm.
