[Fukuoka Gourmet] A ramen restaurant run by a chef with a background in Japanese cuisine
🌿
We went to "Ramen Futsuu" in Yamato-cho, Kasuga City 🍜
A ramen shop run by a chef with a background in Japanese cuisine ♪
There are two types of ramen: "Shellfish Broth Salt Ramen" and "Sardine Dried Soy Sauce Ramen"
When I was wondering which one to choose, the staff recommended the salt ramen.
So then,
✔︎ Shellfish Broth Salt Ramen 700 yen
The soup is made with Japanese-style clam and clam broth and French rock salt. It has a gentle taste that lets you feel the shellfish broth.
The noodles are loose and smooth.
Shellfish paste is served in a small bowl, but I was worried about adding it all, so I dissolved it a little in the soup spoon I used to scoop it up, and when I drank it, the shellfish flavor increased and increased.
I quickly put it all in😆
There is chili pepper, yuzu pepper, ginger, white pepper, and black pepper on the table, so you can change the flavor to your liking😋
I like yuzu pepper, so I chose yuzu pepper❗️
It's delicious🤤
My choice was not wrong🤭✨
If I hadn't ordered rice, I would definitely have finished it︎💕︎
Since no chemical seasonings are used, there is no guilt even if you finish it👌
✔︎ Chicken minced rice 400 yen
Chicken mince with a strong ginger flavor
It was quite strong but very delicious~😋
⚠️ The restaurant information is from when I visited, so please check it before you go🙌
