A shop specializing in Busan's specialty milmyeon, founded in 1974, located a 5-minute walk from Nampo Station on Subway Line 1.
Busan-style milmyeon is made with wheat flour and is softer than hiyashimen and similar to Japanese hiyamugi noodles.

Strong wheat noodles with a smooth texture. The soup has a refreshing taste made from beef stock. The large size is much larger than the small size.
Topped with shredded egg, cucumber, boiled egg, and chili pepper-based seasonings. Noodles are cut with scissors to make them easier to eat.
The kettle has a soup made with beef bone stock, making it a great palate cleanser for the milmyeon.
