[Hokkaido] It looks like a pure white fan spread out
📍Shiraougi Falls, Hokkaido
Shiraougi Falls is 15m high and 18m wide, and the water falls opens like a fan, creating a pure white mist and bubbles, hence the name.
There are three waterfalls with different atmospheres in Eniwa Valley!・Sandan no Taki
・Raruma Nai no Taki
・Shiraougi no Taki
Shiraougi no Taki was the most impressive and worth seeing🫶

Haku Sen No taki
#thingstodo A few beautiful waterfalls. Excellent with autumn leaves. Multiple places to view from if there are a few other sightseers there at once. One of many beautiful natural sights in Hokkaido. This waterfall was part of our "romantic bus service". Apparently this is one of 3 waterfalls in the region. During this time of the year you can see the leaves turning yellow and red. The contrast with few remaining green trees makes this waterfall sight to behold. If you are lucky to have the whole day to explore the area. You should walk and explore all three waterfalls in nature. Be sure to get warm cloths as it can get cold during October.
Easy parking. Toilets and a vending machine. When we were there a small mobile coffee cart was also there.

Eniwa Valley: Shiraogi Falls
It is located on the way from Eniwa city to Lake Shikotsu. It is a place where you can feel a lot of negative ion power. There are toilets and vending machines in the summer. It was closed when we went, but there was also a soft serve ice cream corner in the log cabin hut. There were several scenic spots for photos, which were clearly marked. The path is well maintained, so it is easy to walk. I went in June, so there were not many bugs, but in July and August, it would be safer to bring bug repellent spray.
