It is located near the river, away from the bustling shopping streets, and is more peaceful. Suimeizou is a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. The room I stayed in was a Japanese style room with an open-air bath. The facilities in the room are very complete, and the private bath is located on the terrace of the room. The bathtub is relatively large, so it is no problem for two people to soak in the hot spring at the same time. Moreover, the landscape outside the bath is along the river, which is very private. You can enjoy the hot spring bath while enjoying the scenery. We booked a plan that included breakfast, and like other hot spring hotels, breakfast was very early. We chose 8 o'clock, and at about 7:45, the hotel staff will remind us and take us to the restaurant next to it. As soon as we got there, Japanese breakfast was already prepared and it was very rich! All kinds of ingredients are available, and the dining environment is spacious, so you can enjoy your food leisurely. Another feature is that the hotel provides multiple open-air baths (with materials), but they need to be reserved in advance because they are easy to fill up. We reserved a time slot in advance and took a short break after breakfast the next day to enjoy it. You can enjoy large baths and open-air baths in nature to heal your physical and mental fatigue. The Naikiri open-air bath is called "White Heron" and the ticket price is 2,200 yen (tax included) (50 minutes). I went to Japan for a filial trip during the Lunar New Year! My mom especially loved the Hakone hot spring ryokan trip, Hakone Suimeisou!
