Good - the front staff were very friendly and can speak eng well. There was also free welcome from in the lounge. Bad- the aircon was not working even I had adjusted to the lowest temperature. The environment at the level 2 was very noisy.

This time we stayed at the Hakone Fujiya Hotel Lake View Annex 🏨 The decoration inside and outside the hotel is as exquisite as a work of art. However, there is one problem that the air conditioner in our room cannot adjust the temperature. We also feel too hot in the room.
