【Tokyo】Hakkoku: Exquisite Omakase, A Gastronomic Feast in Ginza
Located in Ginza, Hakkoku ensures the quality of its service by accommodating only six guests per session. This arrangement allows each diner to enjoy a personalized dining experience.
The sushi chef, standing at the counter, is like a performer, showcasing the sushi-making process in all its glory. This is not just a meal, but a visual and gastronomic feast.
The set menu includes over 20 pieces of sushi, each made with high-quality seafood such as sea bream, flounder, shrimp, bonito, ark shell, monkfish liver, and sea urchin. Every bite offers a taste of freshness, complemented by unique red vinegar sushi rice, enriching the entire dining experience.
The red vinegar sushi rice is meticulously prepared and aged, creating a unique flavor when combined with the seafood. However, the only downside is that the strong taste of the red vinegar sometimes overpowers the freshness of the seafood, preventing some high-quality seafood from fully showcasing its unique flavor.
