I would like to share the charms of each sushi I enjoyed while enjoying the various sushi on the menu: 1. **Maguro**: The fresh and soft tuna melted in my mouth. The freshness of the fish and its unique rich flavor deeply impressed me. 2. **Sanma**: This fish is perfect for the taste of autumn, and its soft and rich flavor filled my mouth. The texture of the meat and the flavor of the ginger and kelp on top were in harmony. 3. **Salmon**: The freshness and soft texture of the salmon perfectly matched with Sashi's special sauce, allowing me to experience a richer flavor. The rich flavor of the lightly grilled part was impressive. 4. **Ebi**: The chewy texture of fresh shrimp and the slightly savory sauce create a special sushi experience.
