A homestay in Hailuogou worth visiting all year round.
I was too busy with work and wanted to take a break, so I booked a stay at the Misheng Homestay in Hailuogou. It took us nearly 4 hours to drive from Chengdu to the homestay, and I was amazed by the place. It was the life I had always dreamed of, isolated from the world. The homestay has a large courtyard where you can see the snow-capped mountains. You can also see the golden sunrise on the mountains in the morning. We booked a room with a king bed, and we could see the snow-capped mountains from the room. It was very convenient to drive to the nearby attractions, Red Stone Beach and Yajiageng, which were about 1 hour away.
The homestay has a great atmosphere. The housekeeper was very considerate, and the coffee she made was delicious (the coffee was free-flowing, and the beans were roasted by themselves. I saw that the milk was also fresh milk). If the weather is nice and you want to have tea outside, you can just tell the housekeeper. The chef, Xiao Zou, made great food and cooked according to our tastes. There was a dog named Trophy in the store that you could pet. If I had time, I would have loved to stay in the courtyard for a few more days. I heard that the courtyard is also beautiful in spring when the flowers bloom. I will definitely come back.
