📌 Haeundae Amso Galbijip, 333 Haeundaehaebyeon-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan I tried marinated ribs for the first time this time, and I immediately understood why my Busan friend said not to order marinated ribs. The meat wasn't very tender, and the marinade tasted quite bland. This is definitely a Korean beef restaurant where you must reserve and try the fresh ribs. Expect at least an hour of waiting, so I recommend going early when they open! Once you taste it, you'll find the wait worthwhile.

I finally went to Haeundae Amso Galbi, one of the most famous meat restaurants in Busan. It was recently remodeled, so the building is nice, spacious, and comfortable. The meat was so tender and delicious, I was satisfied even though it was a little expensive.

They sell raw ribs and marinated ribs, but if you want to eat raw ribs, you must reserve the meat in advance. You have to line up early in the morning to get in. The meat is really moist and juicy, so I visit every time I go to Haeundae!
