Enjoying steak in the beautiful environment of Central
New York Cut has been on my bookmark list for a while. I’ve always known that their weekend brunch offers unlimited steak, but we decided to come here for dinner instead. They have a special dinner menu promotion priced at $498 per person, with a buy-four-get-one-free deal. This means if four people dine together, one person eats for free 🆓. For this price, you get a high-quality and exquisite dinner, making it truly worth the value.
To start, we had a glass of champagne 🥂, which not only prepared us for the delicious meal ahead but also enhanced the atmosphere of our gathering. Additionally, the pre-dinner baguette was served hot, and you could add butter and garlic oil yourself. It tasted like garlic bread but with a richer aroma.

Roasted Romaine Heart • Gravlax • Tahini Mayo
The first appetizer resembled a salad with greens, smoked salmon, walnuts, and mayo 🥗. Unlike typical salads that are mixed together, this dish allowed you to combine each ingredient yourself, offering a unique experience.

A5 Wagyu Roll & Spot Shrimp Tartare • Cold Pepper Sauce
Wagyu beef wrapped around shrimp, onions, and other ingredients, paired with a creamy yet refreshing sauce 🐂. The texture was both creamy and crisp, with a light and fresh flavor.

Fresh Mushroom, Parma Ham & Onsen Egg
The combination of ham and mushrooms was surprisingly delightful! The mushrooms were tender and soft, mixed with egg yolk and a hint of sesame-flavored seasoning, creating a rich aroma 🍄🟫.

Signature Crab Crepe
This was my friend’s favorite dish. The crab meat crepe topped with plenty of fish roe was bursting with freshness, and the sauce had a subtle tuna flavor.
******
Pork Sausage & Chorizo Rigatoni
Indulgent cheese pulls over large shell pasta, meatballs, and roasted cherry tomatoes. The sweet and tangy flavors were very appetizing 😋. The only downside was that the portion could have been slightly larger.

Australian Wagyu Grass-Fed Sirloin • Caramelized Miso Onion Sauce
The star of the meal, the steak 🥩, was cooked to perfection with a slight charred flavor on the surface. The meat was tender, juicy, and rich in beef flavor. The caramelized onion sauce elevated the taste even further.

Slow-Grilled French Chicken Breast • Fresh Mushroom Mustard Sauce
The chicken was tender and smooth, with a slightly crispy skin 🐔. It was accompanied by a few clams that were large and meaty. The mushroom mustard sauce enhanced the overall freshness of the dish.

NYC Dessert Platter
By the time dessert arrived, I was already quite full 😂. However, the exquisite presentation made it impossible to resist. Among the three desserts, my favorite was the tiramisu, while the tangy lemon tart was perfect for cleansing the palate.
