Gwanghallu is free to visit at night, but if you visit during the day, you have to pay an admission fee of 3,000 won per person. There is a place where you can ride a swing, and the lighting is so good that you can go at night! The three of us went on a trip to Namdo in February after a long time. There wasn't much to do during the holidays :) They didn't charge admission during the holidays.
