Biggest issue I have is the long wait time and staff that appear to be well overworked. Not allot of friendly faces, passive aggressive responses when you ask about your coffee after waiting for over 10minutes. The coffee is good but there's no large size and every time I come here I seem to experience a problem, like orders being wrong, or last time my colleague didn't receive his coffee at all. May be it's not indicative overall but I keep coming back thinking I've just been unlucky and I keep experiencing problems. On the brighter side, they have a large selection of coffee beans to choose from. The staff are friendly and very efficient. Certainly has scope for improvement. #australiatrip
