Guangji Temple is located at the southern foot of Zheshan Mountain. It was built in the Qianning period of Tang Dynasty (894-898 AD). According to legend, Jin Qiaojue, who is the answer to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, taught scriptures here first, and then settled in Jiuhua Mountain. Therefore, Guangji Temple has " "Little Jiuhua". What is more special in the temple is the Ksitigarbha Hall, which is built in imitation of Jiuhua Mountain's Flesh Treasure Hall, which is majestic. The temple of Guangji Temple is built on the mountain. From bottom to top, there are Medicine Master Hall, Daxiong Hall, Dizang Hall and Guangji Temple Pagoda. There are a total of 88 steps. The experience of climbing the mountain to worship Buddha makes you feel like you are in Jiuhua Mountain. The temple is dedicated to Maitreya, Wei Tuo and Heng Ha. The Medicine Buddha is enshrined in the center of the Medicine Hall. In the center of the Mahavira Hall, there are three Buddha statues, with a pair of statues on the left and right, and eighteen Arhats on both sides. There is an ancient ginkgo tree in the Song Dynasty in front of the main hall, Ksitigarbha Temple, and the 12-meter-high Ksitigarbha statue is enshrined in the center of the hall. On the west side of the Dizang Hall, there is a two-story attic, Dicuixuan. It is said that Huang Tingjian, a calligrapher of the Song Dynasty, lived in seclusion as a reading place. There are many inscriptions on the wall downstairs. The Guangji Temple Pagoda (ochre Pagoda) behind the Ksitigarbha Temple is a historical site in the Song Dynasty, and the "Och Pagoda Qinglan" is a major scenic spot in Wuhu.
