It was almost perfect spot for my small family for staycation. Amazing deco and design of the room and hotel will make you want to click a lot of photos. Staff looking good and professional to assist with your stay. A very friendly, comfortable and practical place to stay for the whole family. Very spacious room and the toilet was very cozy and well equipped. Parking was a breeze and hassle free from the start. Room was spacious, has ample natural light and electric lights. Room was mostly clean. Having a small shopping mall right next to the hotel. And the location is convenient to go anywhere. I have visited this hotel for vacation with my family. Time for cx to enter at 3.00 pm. But I have my room key almost 6.00 pm. I ask to leave late cx around 1-1.30pm. But the hotel only gave me a late cx out before 1pm. My question is, who will pay my late cx at 6.00pm? I just want to late cx out around 1-1.30pm. But they don't want to take responsibility about my late cx. Is it fair to me? Even for breakfast I was not satisfied. I eat outside is more worthwhile than eating in the hotel cafe. But the room i really love for my family to stay.

Stayed for 3D2N at LaCrista Hotel. It's a newly refurbished hotel. Overall experience was good. Staffs are very helpful and polite, most importantly the room is big and clean. the room too romantic & looked more like a honeymoon suite to us 🤣🤣🤣 Free parking provided but the parking lot seems to be a bit dark and quite. Location is perfect as it is near to place of interest and food. Breakfast buffet is great, specially the Roti Canai with dhaal very delicious. Swimming pool floor also have great city view, and mural for Instag photo too. Recommended to stay.
