In terms of travel time, there is not much difference between the different modes of transportation, so guests can choose flexibly according to their needs. The hotel environment is excellent. The lobby is very grand and spacious, giving a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The restaurant is located on a high floor and is a scenic restaurant, where you can enjoy the view outside the window while dining. Although I personally think the food could be improved, the variety of food is quite rich and the view is very good, which adds a different atmosphere to the dining experience. The hotel's gym has a large number of treadmills, which is convenient for guests who like to run, but the variety of other equipment is relatively limited, but it basically meets the general fitness needs. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and light dinner happy hour are all available, with a wide variety of food and delicious flavors. Especially the Roujiamo and mutton soup for breakfast, which almost covers all kinds of Shaanxi specialties, so you can enjoy authentic flavors in the hotel without going out to look for food. This is my second time in Xi'an. I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton last time, and the Grand Hyatt this time. CNY 5,000/3 nights in a family suite with 4 breakfasts, CNY 400 per person per night, 104 m²: 2 single beds (can be put together to sleep 3 people) + 1 double bed + walk-in closet + living room + 2 bathrooms Address: No. 12 Jinye Road, Yanta District. The subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. I don't recommend staying near the scenic area in Xi'an, as there are too many cars and the hotel prices are high. The hotel opened in 2018, so the facilities are new. There are lots of mirrors, which are great for taking photos. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, and the night view is beautiful. It's very warm when the sun is out. There is also an air purifier in the room, which is great for those who want to sneak a cigarette. The main bathroom is large, and the toilet faces the floor-to-ceiling window. I like this design! The guest bathroom only has a toilet and sink, no shower, so you have to take turns showering. If you're close, it doesn't matter. Each cubicle has a sliding door, so privacy is good! The breakfast is not as good as the Ritz-Carlton, but there are some Xi'an specialties to try. As there were 4 adults in our suite, breakfast was included for 2 adults and 2 children. I asked the front desk to send 2 more, but they refused. I thought about packing breakfast for the other 2, but they said only 1 of the 2 children's breakfasts could be packed. This was a bit stingy, but you can pack as many drinks as you like. I had 4 iced Americanos and fresh juices every day.

Grand Suite Grand Hyatt Xi'an is known for being cheaper than Hyatt in the same city, and is almost the cheapest Grand Hyatt in China. The location is not close to the city center, surrounded by a group of office buildings. The heavy design and the overwhelming classiness fully demonstrate its positioning as a business hotel. 1. Public area: The design is very Grand Hyatt, with more subdued colors, and the whole hotel gives a solid and reassuring feeling. The building is very distinctive, so the Grand Club restaurant and café are located in the corridor on the 23rd to 25th floors, with a sky terrace. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and rainy when I came, otherwise the view would have been really open. 2. Hardware: The room is spacious and the hardware is very standard, more than enough for business needs (see picture 2 for a room tour). The Grand Club is really Korean, with freshly cooked Shin Ramyun and this kind of kimchi dish for dinner, and several hot dishes are quite solid meat dishes, which are very suitable for working people who need to save time and have a quick dinner. 3. Service: Because the price is only a few hundred yuan and the owner is said to be bankrupt, I thought it would be a disaster before I checked in, but after the actual experience, I think it maintained the service quality of Grand Hyatt. The staff at the Grand Club front desk and the guest rooms are very enthusiastic and attentive, and the Grand Club is not very crowded, which is much better than the experience of the Marriott business lounge. The turndown service is really a careful cleaning, not just putting a teacup and a bottle of water. For this price, friends with limited budgets but want to improve the quality of business trips can go for it without hesitation.

Hyatt Regency Xi'an Check-in is in the hotel lobby, and I happened to encounter a hotel banquet press conference event, so I was mixed with the guests attending the conference, and the space was a little cramped. The facilities in the room are well maintained, and it doesn't look like an 18-year-old hotel, but some of the wooden floors are uneven, which has a little impact on the check-in experience. The toiletries are Balmain, which I like. I especially like the body lotion. The hotel swimming pool and gym have a good environment, and there are few people, so it is comfortable. Breakfast is the same standard as always at Hyatt Regency. The overall service exceeded expectations. At that time, the weekend price of a king bed room was over 800, which was still cost-effective. The overall vibe of the place is old money, but the orange accents keep it from being too dull, adding a lot of vitality. We were upgraded to a corner suite, which had a neat layout and spacious room. The executive lounge is exquisitely decorated, the kind of place that makes you feel it's suitable for discussing billion-dollar business deals (unfortunately, I don't have any, when will I have one?). The front desk at the executive lounge was enthusiastic and lively. The hotel is new, so everything is top-notch. USB ports, almost silent mid-range air conditioning, and a powerful hairdryer. Breakfast on the 22nd floor wasn't crowded, but there were many foreign guests, including many Koreans besides Europeans and Americans. The breakfast was rich, with authentic local dishes like saozi noodles, roujiamo, and spicy soup, according to local friends. If I go to Xi'an again, I will still choose Grand Hyatt.
