In Seoul, the Singapore Embassy always hold a National Day celebration in Grand Hyatt Hotel in Seoul. A scumptious buffet is prepared and you get to savour all kinds of local Singaporean Food, which your stomach will not be able to take on. We enjoyed the rending, chilli crab, satay, fried noodles, laksa, chicken rice and many more, and desserts such as black sesame coconut milk, pandan cakes and cendol. There are also many activities prepared for the crowd to enjoy, and also prize to be won as well. We really enjoyed this event.

Personally, I liked the Hangang view more, but the Namsan view room was a view that gave me peace of mind with its green green, so I was very satisfied with the Namsan Tower view! Grand Hyatt Seoul Teppan 🍴 I had a mix of highs and lows at the Teppan restaurant: The fish dish and hangjeongsal (grilled pork neck) were absolutely amazing! 😋💯 The abalone dish was okay but felt a bit experimental, like they were trying to push the boundaries of Korean fusion cuisine.
