First of all, the view is fabulous. Secondly, if you are in Las Vegas solo, the place is unbeatable comparing with Grand Canyon national park. If you departure from Las Vegas, It is much closer than the national park, which we usually refer as South Rim. The West Rim is privately operated and they charge entrance fee per person. So if you are alone, it is not too much expensive comparing with the South Rim. It consists of three stops. in the first one, you can Native American stores and a trail to hike. This is the only trail west rim has but the view is definitely worth the effort. The second stop is the skywalk, it not too expensive but they do not allow you take pictures yourself. The third stop has extraordinary view and you can easily spend a couple of hours working around and enjoying the view. Overall recommend for solo traveler in Vegas to have a day trip!

A day exploring #naturalbeauty at the Grand Canyon West location. This place simply took our breath away the moment we walked to the edge. The views and eerie quiet were a bucket list moment and a memory of a lifetime. The drive from Las Vegas was also spectacular with long winding roads and red rock cliffs all along the route. A friendly natural attraction, suitable for those who don't want to walk too much or don't want to do too much strategy. Once you enter the scenic area, you just take the shuttle bus and you're done. Map search: grand canyon west. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to drive from Las Vegas. There are several ticket levels: entrance to the scenic area + shuttle bus; skywalk; a meal; cable car; helicopter. If you arrive at 4:30 in the afternoon, you can basically only play 2 attractions, and you don't need to consider eating. If you go in the morning, you can consider eating. Tickets can be booked online or bought on site. There are a total of 3 attractions in the scenic area 🌄Eagle Point As soon as you come up, there is a beautiful Grand Canyon scenery, and there is also an Indian original min village. The most fun here is the sky walk. You can't take pictures and you have to store all your bags. Look at the web picture (Figure 2). The last wave at night is 5:20, and the staff will get off work at 5:30. It is a good experience to appreciate the Grand Canyon, 1600 meters high, beware of heights! The West Rim of the canyon is located just two and a half hours’ drive from Las Vegas, and the terrain is stunning. Look out for Eagle Point, rock formations in the Grand Canyon which resembles an eagle. This is truly one of the top highlights during my trip to Las Vegas. Do visit if you can, as you will be absolutely awestruck! Tip: Whatever time of year you go, be sure to wear a good insect repellant, bring a hat, sunscreen and plenty of water. plan on spending at least 3 hours for the Skywalk tour. The bus lines are long but run steadily. You are directed where to park. Purchase your tickets online or at the chevron station 1hr at the hwy turn off. You can't miss it. Once you arrive, enter the white dome and skip the lines by going to the right side doors to the bus waiting. First stop is the skywalk. phones and cameras are not allowed on the actual skywalk. The line to the skywalk took at least 45 minute. There are plenty of other picture opportunities. Lockers are provided free. Next stop on the bus is the best opportunity for pictures.
