Sourdough would be a better replacement. Tiger prawn aglio oglio was good as expected but would have preferred having the prawns peeled, as having 5 large prawns on such a small plate with the pasta was quite difficult to peel it. The way their do their fries into a very thin and tiny form is interesting but difficult to eat, gets all over the table. More like chicken floss than fries.
