#solotravel I recently went on a solo trip to Batam, Indonesia. I started the day with breakfast at Shi Fang Yuan Dimsum. The dim sum was delicious, and it was a perfect start to my day! After breakfast, I visited Grand Batam Mall for some shopping. The mall had many stores, and I enjoyed looking around and finding interesting things. For lunch, I tried something new at Pizza Hut – the Chicken Nanban Pizza. It's a unique flavor that I can't find in Malaysia, so it was fun to taste something different. Before heading home, I stopped by JC Supermarket to pick up some souvenirs. They had a good variety of local snacks and items to bring back. Lubuk Baja, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau 29444, Indonesia The Grand Batam mall was just five minutes away from our hotel so we decided to pay the mall a visit. Upon reaching, this cafe attracted our attention which was right at the entrance. After walking around the mall, we decided to visit Toby’s Estate - Coffee Roasters. As we are still full, we decided to order drinks and cakes! We ordered three cakes and shared amongst six persons yet we couldn’t finish it because of the big servings and the taste is so rich. They had the best chocolate cake and if you visit here, it’s a must order! #newyearadventure

It consists of chinese wheat noodles served in a meat or (occasionally) fish-based broth, often flavoured with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as dried seaweed, menna, and scallions. Located at the top floor of Grand Batam Shopping Centre, and nearby a number of hotels along Jalan Pembangunan, and is open daily from 1000-2200. It is a Halal Certified Restaurant, i had ordered a Tori-Katsu-Men (chicken cutlet mee), a Chicken Karaage and an iced ocha. Both the cutlet and karaage are crispy at the outer layer and juicy on the meat. The noodles are chewy with a tastey onsen egg, an iced ocha is also refillable. Next year i wish to travel to Iceland.

#2023travelwish Grand Batam Shopping Centre is located along Jalan Penbangunan, a walking distance to some of the hotels nearby, like I Hotel Baloi, Artotel, Swiss-Belinn. It is open daily from 1000-2200. This five storey shopping mall was opened in 2019, and was claimed to be the most luxurious and modern mall in Batam. The mall hosts hundreds of premium brands with reasonable prices, providing endless excitement. The famous CGV Cinema with satin sweet, making your movie experience more enjoyable. Facilities in the mall are also top-notch, with wheel-chair, baby stroller rental and prayer rooms are all available. Next year i wish to travel to Iceland.

My husband and I wanted to try the lotus biscuit milk tea, one of the specialty flavours. It tasted more on the sweet side so you might to consider ordering with a lower sugar level. The ambience inside the cafe was quite pleasant also, with modern furnishings and warm lighting. However, it is not really a space to linger for long as it is quite open and may be less conducive when it gets crowded. They have all sorts of local heritage cuisine and some international ones as well, a great variety to choose from. It is free seating and best enjoyed if you have a group of friends share many dishes with, so that you can try out all they have to offer. Prices are also very affordable, which explains the crowds we saw on the weekend. I highly recommend the goreng pisang, or fried bananas, with chocolate sauce. That was absolutely indulgent! The only gripe is that the place isn’t air-conditioned so it can get quite stuffy on a humid day. No matter what time you went the driver told us this place is totally crowded and always jammed. This place We had choose special menu which is Nai Ayam Portugal and Mie Ayam Portugal mie karet. my kid we had choose. the normal non spicy food which is Nasi Ayam Sany. Overall of this place is selling a special curry which is totally different compared to Malaysia and their curry it's for me non spicy. maybe at Malaysia i always had mamak stall Nasi curry is sure have a super flavour spicyness and this is too light for me.
