Weekend in Tokyo with Kids - Conan Town
The author of 'Detective Conan', Gosho Aoyama, is from Hokuei Town, Tottori Prefecture. After Conan became famous, he set up a 'Gosho Aoyama Hometown Museum' in his hometown, and the entire Hokuei Town became 'Conan Town'.
Take the JR to Yura Station in Hokuei Town, Tottori Prefecture, and you can visit Conan's hometown. As soon as you get off the train, you can immerse yourself in the real world of 'Conan'. It's amazing how meticulous the Japanese are.
Wherever you go in the town, there are Conan characters accompanying you. The station, Conan Bridge, road signs, signboards, relief bronze statues, and manhole covers are all characters from the anime. The local library and Conan Museum both have Chinese explanations, it seems that there are quite a few Chinese students coming here to look for Conan's figure~
The Gosho Aoyama Museum introduces the author's life, displays his workspace and some initial drafts of the manga, and there is Dr. Agasa's yellow car parked at the entrance, and you can also experience the fun of the bow tie voice changer and the jet skateboard.
The town has Shinichi's home - Mihana Shopping Street! Remember to ring the doorbell! Speaking of Mihana Shopping Street, friends who love Conan can't leave empty-handed, I'm afraid they have to spend several months' salary here! After all, all kinds of peripherals are dazzling, and there are Conan-themed meals to fill your stomach!
The memorial hall displays various works of Gosho Aoyama from childhood to adulthood, as well as the manuscripts of Conan manga, and various Conan-related games for everyone to participate in!
