After arriving at Wuhu Station by high-speed rail, directly take the Wuhu-featured "mini roller coaster"—Monorail Line 2 at the east exit to Jiuzi Square direction.
🖼Around Jiuzi Square Station:
Attractions: This is the city center of the old town of Wuhu, with free Jinghu Park and Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, where you can feel the local atmosphere of Wuhu. Zhonghe Road and Qingshan Street are lively at night. There is also a Catholic church opposite Binjiang Park, which can be visited during the day.
Food: You can taste Wuhu's special beef noodles and spicy hot pot. Recommended are the beef noodles in Shuangtong Lane, and Ye Ji Spicy Hot Pot and Xiao Peng Spicy Hot Pot (Wuhu's spicy hot pot is a bit expensive, so be prepared mentally. The popular Shen Yuan Street Spicy Hot Pot is not highly recommended).
Shopping: Nearby is a commercial complex like Suning Plaza, where you can get a cup of Anhui's special Kawanka, Zhan Ji, and Wuhu's special kiln-baked bread (refer to the previous work for specific commercial distribution).

Choose a hotel according to your budget. River view rooms are highly recommended, with prices ranging from 300 to 800 yuan per night. The most upscale options include Huayi Hotel and World Trade Hilton, as well as higher-end hotels like Golden Eagle Shangmei and Wanda Jiahua. The cost-performance ratio is very high during the off-season, so try to choose a river view room. Other options include hotels near Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, Wanda, and Central City University Town, with rich and convenient surrounding facilities.
⏳Tourist Attractions:
Evening: You can go to Binjiang Park to see the rare Yangtze River sunset, the Zhongjiang Tower where the Qingyi River and the Yangtze River meet, as well as the old customs house, grand theater, and the Wuhu Ancient City, which embodies the cultural soul of Wuhu. It's great for taking photos at night, and summer nights are romantic.
Daytime: Take Monorail Line 2 to Fantawild Huizhou Road Station to reach Fantawild Resort. For water activities, you can go to the second-ranked Fantawild Water Park in the country. For family trips, Fantawild Dreamland is suitable (many attractions for children, with night-themed activities, float parades, and brilliant fireworks shows). Young people and elders can choose Fantawild Oriental Heritage (with thrilling rides like roller coasters and various performances). It is recommended to go on weekdays to avoid queues.
📝Attention Tips:
Jiuzi Ancient Town is close to Fantawild. It is an artificial ancient town, and it is not recommended to go during holidays when there is a fee. When it is free, you can visit some Huizhou cultural buildings and intangible cultural heritage skills like iron flower. The popular Roland Town is actually a residential area with distinctive features. Friends who want to take photos can visit, but don't have high expectations.
