This is a brand famous for its handmade udon. Last time I went to Tokyo, I made a special trip to taste the authentic udon cuisine and buy a gift box 🎁 set ~ This restaurant gave me a deeper understanding of Japan’s traditional noodle culture.
First of all, the decoration of the restaurant is simple and elegant, with a strong Japanese atmosphere. If you finish the long queue (human queue, no chips‼️) and it is your turn to go in to dine, you will feel a sense of tranquility and relaxation as soon as you enter the door. I ordered their signature dish - Fuyang Udon. This udon noodle is even in thickness and chewy in texture. It is paired with three special sauces (sesame, gravy and curry sauce). It tastes delicious and is unforgettable. The making process of noodles is very particular, and every noodle is made with care and delicacy.
In addition, I also tried the tempura udon. Crispy fried shrimp🦐🍤The tempura is golden and crispy on the outside, and the shrimp meat is tender and juicy on the inside, which forms a wonderful contrast with the softness of the udon noodles. Coupled with a bowl of hot broth, the soup is clear and delicious, making the whole dish richer in flavor.
