As soon as we entered the shop, we saw a display case filled with various delicate tarts and bread, which were very tempting. Unfortunately, we couldn't try many due to our limited appetite. The shop claims that their Portuguese tarts are made with Japanese Lan Wang eggs, which is quite reassuring. Since it was our first visit, we chose the shop's signature product, the original cheese tart. It was thick and large, predictably very filling. The crust was crispy, and the filling was smooth and fragrant. However, the tart was cold when we arrived. We believe it would be even more delicious if it were freshly baked and hot. Nonetheless, eating it cold was a different experience. At that moment, we saw fresh cheese tarts coming out of the oven. If we had arrived ten minutes later, we could have had them hot...
