"Glammala Sanotik"
Review of the newly opened restaurant "Glamala Sanotik" in the Glam Habitat Hotel, Phuket
.
Glammala Sanotik, a restaurant where every bite offers a special experience, Contemporary Thai Dining Experience, with Thai food designed to satisfy the tastes of Phuket more than you've ever tasted.
.
Soft Opening with a special set menu for 2 people that we tried today, including:
- Pomelo Foie Gras Tart with Sweet Fish Sauce: A mouthwatering appetizer, slightly sour and spicy, eaten with tart dough and foie gras, a perfect appetizer.
- Grilled Squid and Eggplant with Basil Sauce: The squid was soft and chewy, with the aroma of the basil sauce that Thais like. Enjoy as a snack before the main course.
- Sea Bass Sashimi, Thinly Sliced, Phuket Pineapple Seafood Sauce: Thai fish sashimi is becoming popular, the sea bass is thinly sliced, no fishy smell. Dip in the seafood sauce, sour, sweet and spicy, just right, eat with Phuket pineapple, it goes well together.
- O-Tao, fried oysters: The familiar fried O-Tao flour is crispy, inside is oysters and O-Tao sauce, topped with salty and fragrant bacon, it goes together so well that you want to eat more.
- Fried chicken with Kor-A sauce: Crispy fried chicken coated with Kor-A sauce, familiar taste, fun to eat (would like a bit more sauce, it would be great because the sauce is delicious.)
- Sirloin steak, black pepper sauce with stir-fried potatoes with taro root or steamed sea bass with southern curry paste and Phuket fern salad: Main dishes that combine local ingredients to taste Western cooking.
- Pandan roti with coconut ice cream: Dessert before the meal, delicious roti flour, eat with sweet pandan custard, eat with sweet and cold coconut ice cream.
After this, we can choose to order from the menu to try many more things. Who wants to try a fusion of Southern and Phuket food? You can also try it.
