First Food Experience in Seoul
March in Seoul is still very cold!
Yesterday, on the first night after we checked in, we strolled around the hotel to find food and experience "Korean cuisine" that is completely different from Taiwan. Kongde Grilled Sausage (곱 마포점) was the first food we tried. We mainly ordered beef intestines, small intestines, large intestines, tripe, and heart meat, along with Korean rice cakes, onions, leeks, and potatoes in the same baking dish. All the flavors were mixed together and eaten. To be honest, it was a unique flavor. It's a rare trip to Seoul, so of course we have to "eat" to our heart's content, so we tried Yuantang Potato Rib Soup (원당감자탕) which was also very crowded. 마포점), Korean hot sauce as the base soup, slightly spicy at the beginning, but the aftertaste is an indescribable, very unfamiliar aroma. The whole taste is very wonderful. The ribs are very generous, and the degree of doneness can be considered soft and rotten, but the taste is a little dry and woody. What makes us unforgettable is her soup!
After tasting two rounds of authentic Korean food, we returned to the hotel to rest in the cold wind, ending the first day!
