Bac Ninh, Vietnam's ancient splendor
[Love] Stepping into Bac Ninh, Vietnam, is like opening a long-forgotten history album. Every page is filled with stories and every corner is filled with surprises.
[Glister] When I first arrived in the ancient capital of Bac Ninh, the mottled city walls and ancient buildings instantly brought me back to the past. Walking on the narrow cobblestone road, with your fingertips lightly touching the walls polished by time, you can feel the weight of history. Every brick and tile here has witnessed the changes of the times and quietly tells the glory of the past.
[RedHeart] The tranquility and peace of Fayun Temple can instantly calm one’s heart. The ancient temple architecture is unique, with its flying eaves and brackets demonstrating the wisdom and ingenuity of the ancients. Inside the temple, wisps of incense rose up, believers prayed devoutly, and the solemn atmosphere made me slow down my pace and feel the power of this faith.
[Glister] The Dumiao Temple is another sacred scene. As a place of faith dedicated to the first eight emperors of the Ly Dynasty, the solemn and majestic architecture and the lush green plants around it complement each other, appearing simple and peaceful. Here, I saw the Vietnamese people's respect for history and ancestors, and realized the profound significance of cultural heritage.
[Rainbow] As night falls, walk into the night market in Bac Ninh and you will be instantly surrounded by the bustling atmosphere of fireworks. The stalls are filled with a wide variety of special snacks, the grilled skewers are sizzling with oil, the aroma is fragrant, and it makes people salivate. There are also unique Vietnamese spring rolls, with rich ingredients wrapped in a cicada-wing-thin skin and dipped in a sweet and sour sauce. Every bite is full of happiness. The enthusiastic cries of the stall owners and the laughter of the diners interweave into a lively melody of the market.
[RedHeart] My trip to Bac Ninh not only allowed me to appreciate Vietnam’s unique natural scenery and cultural landscape, but also made me feel the city’s profound cultural heritage. Everything here is like a melodious piece of music, leaving an indelible beautiful melody in my heart.
