Getting There • We went there from KL Sentral by bus. The bought our bus tickets via an app called Redbus and the price is RM21.80 for two person. Attractions • The bus will stop at Awana Bus Terminal. From the terminal, we took the cablecar from Awana Skyway and went straight to Genting Skyworlds. There are so many interesting place to go such as the Chin Swee Temple, Skytropolis and a lot more. Food & Restaurants • We had our lunch at a cosy restaurant called The Beena’s Signature Genting restaurant. It is located at the SkyAvenue Genting Highland. There are various of delicious meal to choose from. Shopping • Genting is one of the most popular spot for shopping. You can do your shopping at SkyAvenue and Genting Premium Oulets. There are a lot of premium and branded store there.

Awana Skyway has been closed for quarterly maintenance from 3rd to 16th April 2023. Genting Skyway has to be operating from 7.00am till 11.00pm during the maintenance closure of Awana Skyway. The Genting Skyway will be departure from the old building at Gothong Jaya. Anyway, we were enjoyed the crisp mountain air of the Genting Highlands on a 15 minutes gondola cable car ride aboard the Genting SkyWay. Short bus ride about 1 hour from Kuala Lumpur and a scenic 15 minutes cable car ride up to Genting Highlands. Huge big shopping mall with a huge variety of delicious food and many food courts or nice gourmet restaurants to try while up there. Plenty of shops to keep you busy if you run out of things to do if you don’t fancy the casino. You can get a lovely view of the theme park from the roof top of the mall too.

went to Genting Highlands for the breeze. i have not been here for so long already. i think about 7 years since i been here. even though there’s a lot of construction going on now the weather is still cold and breezy like old days. and that’s a good thing about it. i really love it coming to genting. the best part is the cable car for me. now it is more organised because you can purchased the ticket by yourself (self purchase) and also buy at the counter. they also have various type of ticket from express lane to the basic one which to me with a reasonable price. they will bring you from the premium outlet to the first world theme park. very easy and fun. the indoor theme park is also amazing. overall this place is still 10/10 to me#dateideas #gentinghighland

Awana Skyway with 3 major stations Starting from mid hill , you board at Awana Station.You get to shop around at Genting Premium Outlet before taking the skyway. Next there is a free stop at station Chin Swee where you can opt to visit Chin Swee Cave Temple. Note the operation hour for this stop is 8am to 7pm daily. I went to Genting Highland with my friends and as you know, GH is pretty high. We had to take cable car. I was soooo not excited for the ride because I'm scared of heights. Plus, we took the glassfoor cable car. Meaning, you can view the bottom of the view!! When I boarded our cable car, I was praying for my life. Once the car moved, and when I saw the trees at the bottom on my feet, I was shaking. But after awhile, it's actually not that bad! It was safe and I admired the view. The view was magnificent. The fear disappeared. I took a lot of pictures and videos. But once it got higher and higher, the fear slow came back. I'm still scared of heights, haha!

#klinsider I have been to KL many times and never bothered to venture away from the city. This time I traveled with friends (party of 5) and thought I would book a day for all of us to explore and spend a day together. I booked this tour few weeks in advance and found communication brief but effective. The Driver excellent, was on time, very talkative and flexible with his time. For the price it was amazing to get transport, explore the Caves, Chair ride up and back, explore the Highlands and finish with transport back. The Highlands will be amazing when totally complete but I still enjoyed the attractions. Things to note:- It can be cold up there so take a jumper/longsleeves. Most of the rides are for children. Although the roller coaster wasn't open yet. Don't bother paying extra for the glass bottom Chair ride. In the clouds you can't see much anyway. Beer/Drinks can be expensive so look around for deals. Allow some time for the Factory Outlet Shops. Some bargains to be had.

The longest queue to get a seat for dining in Sky Avenue Genting Highlands goes to the world famous London based, Burger & Lobster. Opened in 2017, the restaurant is located at level 1 in this shopping mall. Customers are willing to wait hours just to get the seat and try this particular lobsters restaurant. The menu is simple, three types of menus; The lobsters, The lobsters roll, and burgers with Australian beef. The lobsters are the signature dish, imported from Canada, can pick Chilli Lobster, The original and the Big boys; are served in steam or grilled style, with a choice of butter, or lemon and garlic butter. The size lobsters are available in standard size and the big boys' size. The big boys size depends on their weight and the market price. I managed to get the set during non-peak hours to satisfy my curiosity about the Lobsters. Operating hours: Noon to 10 pm, and Noon to 11 pm for Friday and Saturday.
