🇮🇩 5 days in Bali, Indonesia
#summerdestinations
Travel month: February
Weather: Sunny with chances of 🌧
Hotel: Mercure Bali Nusa Dua
Transportation: Private car with driver (5 pax for approx. 50-70k IDR a day - Prices may vary)
✨️ Day 1: We were able to take advantage of the daily complimentary scheduled shuttle from the hotel towards the beach, attraction sites, and shopping area nearby. It is definitely worth it!
📍Nusa Dua Beach
📍Garden of Hope, Peninsula Island
📍Water Blow site
📍Bali Collection - lots of restaurants and shops to choose from!
✨️Day 2: We decided to visit some of the popular places using our own itinerary. To make travelling easier, book a private car with a driver online or in the hotel desk at least a day prior.
📍GWK
📍Pura Tanah Lot
📍Atlas Beach club
✨️Day 3: To see the iconic "Gates of Heaven", We left the hotel as early as 5 o'clock as it will take us almost 3 hours to travel by car. We then visit some of the photoworthy locations along the way.
📍Gate of Heaven Lempuyang Temple (Spent half a day in here)
📍Taman Tirta Gangga
📍Bali Swing Ubud
✨️Day 4: We opt in to have some fun and experience some of the memorable activities in Bali.
📍Bali Zoo: Elephant expedition and feeding.
📍 ATV quad bike experience
📍Monkey Forest: Selfie op with a monkey
📍Tegenungan Waterfall - Although the stairs take 168 steps down to the waterfall, it is very challenging to go back up! Also, we were warned not to swim here at all costs.
✨️Day 5: Free day. We decided to go back to Atlas Beach Club and then went shopping for souvenirs.
Bali is an ultimate summer destination. As it can get really hot and humid all year round, make sure to bring appropriate and weather permitted clothing. Also, don't forget to wear sunscreen and protective clothing or items. Lastly, enjoy and have fun! 💕
Feel free to comment and let me know what places in Bali we missed so that we can visit next time. Thank you!
