Hidden Hotel in Bangkok
This time I chose to stay at Galleria 10 Hotel Bangkok by Compass Hospitality on Sukhumvit Soi 10, Bangkok. The address is 21 Sukhumvit Soi 10, Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok. The hotel is in a great location, close to both BTS Nana and Asok stations, and only a 10-minute walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall, making it very convenient to get around🛵.
The hotel has a modern decor style, with a simple yet elegant overall feel. The reception at the front desk was very friendly and prepared some welcome drinks for us🥤. The hotel is well-equipped, with a nice pool and bar on the 8th floor, as well as a small gym. It's a real treat to join the hotel's Happy Hour and enjoy the buy-one-get-one-free drink offer by the pool🍹.
Our room was clean and tidy. Although it was a triple room, the third bed was a bit cramped due to the extra bed, and there was a bit of a damp smell in the room. However, the bed was very comfortable and the overall space was spacious enough. The bathroom was modern, with a full shower and a large shower room, but it was also prone to water accumulation.
The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from Queen Sirkit Park, which is perfect for a morning run or an afternoon stroll. There are also many restaurants and massage parlors in the area, and I especially recommend Nourish and Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin🍲. Shopping malls, restaurants, and nightlife are all convenient.
Of course, the hotel has some drawbacks. Although the transportation is convenient, the hotel network speed is really slow, and you have to pay extra for an upgrade to high-speed internet. Some rooms also have noisy air conditioning, which affects sleep. The breakfast selection is limited, but the taste is generally good.
Overall, Galleria 10 Hotel Bangkok by Compass Hospitality is a good value for money option, especially for those who want to travel conveniently. I look forward to staying here longer next time🌟.
