Galaxy Mall is by far the cleanest mall I've ever been in. It's not the newest, biggest, prettiest, or most glamour, but this mall has been managed very, very well. As simple as the toilet, although they don't provide seat sanitizer, it's clean and very well maintained. Each elevator has one person guiding your floor direction and controlling the buttons. They always give top notch service. Well done Galaxy Mall!

ULTRAMEN recently opened at Galaxy Mall Surabaya, and the place has already become the talk of the town – and I can see why. The comic aesthetics combined with the Japanese pop icon, Ultraman, have become their selling point. The ramen itself was nearly perfect for my liking. Al dente noodles with a thick chicken broth are simply delicious, and their roasted chicken was very tender too. This is Kitchenette at Galaxy Mall 2, Surabaya. I've been here several times, and so far this place always provides a comfy place and good food. Whether it's the main course, snacks, desserts, or just drinks, it always tastes good. But the last time we went here the store had glammed up the place, with Christmas decor and christmas music. We felt warm. Christmas is undeniably the most magical moment of the year. In the photo we ordered nachos and french fries, they were really good! Also a Choco Coffee with whipped cream. Go try this place!

This restaurant has their neon logo ALL OVER the place. Literally everywhere you look you will see "Carnaby" written somewhere. And they have a distinct style at every branch of their restaurant, it is the flowers. They always decorate the place with many many flowers. So this place looks flamboyant and vibrant with all the bright neon lights. They also have a very wide choice of menu, from all around the world. And all of the food tasted nice! The atmosphere and chairs were comfy, too. Great service as well. If you haven't tried one of Carnaby's branches, go try now! This one was in Galaxy Mall but they also have branches at Tunjungan Plaza and Pakuwon Mall.

This is Nhu Nhu, it's like a cafe but they sell lemongrass-based drinks. From lemongrass tea to coffee! Their store was very unique. It looked like an installation art, although not very big. But they made a good use of it really well. I personally like their Creamy Lemongrass (with creamer) and Signature Lemongrass. Those were lemongrass tea with jelly, lemon slices and chia seeds. And don't forget to ask for less sugar. It's so refreshing. It reduces nausea and promotes digestive health. The hot ones are also good to drink when you have cold/flu. For those of you who like coffee (and lemongrass), they also sell Americano Coffee with lemongrass, which they add orange and lemon slices. If you're into trying something new then you should try!

This is Chatime Atealier. Basically they're the same brand of Chatime but this store has a more elegant interior, comfy couches, and a bit more expensive prices for their drinks. It was good, though, and the portion was way bigger than the regular Chatime, so it was actually worth the price! And they opened this store in a strategic location, in Galaxy Mall 1, where very few cafes existed.

Their interior, their songs, their breads, the ice cream, and coffee...! Made me feel like I was in France. They have a good effort to design this place, it really gives you the French vibe. If you close your eyes, sip the coffee, smell the pastries and hear the songs, you're in France all of a sudden. And they also have several seats for visitors. Their breads, pastries, ice cream, and coffee are all great!

This edgy place is The Gourmet Supermarket in Galaxy Mall 3 Surabaya. It's in the same group as Ranch Market and Farmer's Market. Inside you can even buy some potteries and plants. They also got a resto, cafe, and bakery. What else could you ask for!
