| Stay at "Sanbao Guest House" and enjoy a Fujian-style courtyard all to yourself. The Three Lanes and Seven Alleys in Fuzhou is one of the few large-scale historical blocks from the Ming and Qing dynasties that has been well preserved in the country. It is also a gathering place for scholars and writers in modern Chinese history.
However, the main roads of Sanfang Qixiang are always overcrowded and very crowded, which does not provide a very good sightseeing experience for tourists.
You can walk through the alleys with black walls and black tiles, and feel the interweaving of historical culture and fresh art. You can also stay in the alleys like me and enjoy a Fujian-style courtyard.
💕Excellent location
📍Sanbao Guest House is located in the Sanfang Qixiang Scenic Area, between Wenrufang and Yijinfang. It consists of six three-courtyards and an internal alley. It is winding and secluded, with a myriad of secrets inside.
💕 Features
A fusion of Fujian-style architecture and Su-style gardens, the lobby is tall and majestic, with a Fuzhou intangible cultural heritage lacquer painting hanging in the middle. The decoration is grand and the caisson is exquisite.
The interior is in courtyard style, as if you are living in a mansion of a wealthy family in the Ming and Qing dynasties. The window frames in the room are made of teak and the furniture is also made of rosewood.
Every room here is unique, with unique views and private courtyards. You can make an appointment in advance to have the staff explain and visit the gardens.
💕Services and Facilities
The best thing is the attitude of all the staff here. Even the cleaning lady is gentle and patient. It really feels like living at home.
🅿There is an underground garage under the hotel, and you can take the elevator directly to the hotel entrance, which is very convenient!
🪥The toiletries are very complete, all from L'Occitane, makeup remover wipes and dental floss are all prepared, and there are also face towels.
❄There are a variety of drinks and snacks in the small refrigerator, including Evian mineral water, all free of charge.
🪭In addition to accommodation, you can also experience intangible cultural heritage activities, where you can make lacquer fans, handmade beads, and stamp postcards.
🍵Afternoon tea, fruit and desserts and sweet soup are provided upon check-in.
🥣The self-service vegetarian breakfast is unexpectedly good. Although it is a vegetarian restaurant, it has a rich variety of food, delicious taste, and many Fuzhou snacks.
When checking out, I was given a gift of Fuzhou specialties.
In short, when you come to Fuzhou, living here is definitely worth it!
