You can buy food from the many different stalls there and sample to see which is to your liking, versus in a restaurant you can only order and try the particular food that the restaurant is selling. During my Japan trip, I had the chance to try out the food court at Aeon mall and I got to say I was impressed. You can find nagasaki chanpon, the famous Gindaco takoyaki balls, sanuki udon hanamru, and so many more. The food served here were from famous dining establishments and though sold at a food court, all the food kept up to their standards and were super delicious.
