Food offered onboard Asiana Airlines Flight OZ135 from Fukuoka Airport to Seoul Incheon Airport. As shown above, it is a Chicken Yakitori meal, and it was well prepared and delicious. Fellow stamp collectors!!! #fukuoka airport has a super cute stamp available at the travel information desk! I got my stamp on the 3rd floor of international departures (near check in counters). It's much bigger than the regular eki stamps size so be prepared with enough space. I'm not sure if the "boarding pass" was available to stamp because I just used my book that day and didn't think about asking for the page. The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka|||A good hotel cures OCD. When I was planning my Fukuoka itinerary, I suddenly remembered that I still had five suite vouchers that were about to expire at the end of the year, so I used 74k points to redeem a night at the Ritz-Carlton and used a suite voucher to upgrade to a Hakata Bay view room. I stayed on the 20th floor and could see the sea in Fukuoka. The entrance is unremarkable and blends in with the surroundings, but as soon as you enter the hotel and the automatic door closes behind you, the grid and light and shadow draw you in. The overall style is bright and simple but not lacking in depth. I learned from the official website that the hotel's design concept is inspired by the local traditional craft of "weaving." The interior features modern Japanese design, with solid wood as the theme, blending the traditions and old and new styles of international cities, providing a retreat-like space and comfort in a bustling metropolis. It was already evening when I checked in. The Platinum Card doesn't include breakfast, but I got a 4 pm check-out. Breakfast costs about 5,000+ yen per person, and I was going to a bakery the next morning, so I didn't think much about it. The water in the room is from Nordaq in Sweden (the bottle is very beautiful, and I took it home to use as a vase), and the toiletries are Diptyque. Some details: ① There is fruit and ice water in the lobby downstairs in the morning for joggers (p17). The official recommended route is from the hotel to Ohori Park, where the Fukuoka Art Museum is located. ② The dry landscape at the elevator entrance when checking in (p6). I saw someone redoing it when I went out the next day. ③ The hotel staff will bow and greet you at the elevator door and wait for the elevator door to close before leaving. ④ The flower vases in the elevator are very delicate (p12), and the flowers in each elevator are different. The hotel is downstairs from the Tenjin shopping district, and there are many delicious restaurants on the second floor of the Daimyo Garden City next door. Overall, it was a great experience. It was the first time I asked for a room card as a souvenir when I checked out, but it probably won't be the last.

Located in the first-floor arrival lobby, this card lounge is accessible before passing through the security checkpoint, making it available for use both before departure and after arrival. Gold members and above of credit cards can use the lounge by presenting their boarding pass and card on the day of travel. Upon presentation, you can choose between a '350ml beer' or 'free drinks.' The lounge is about twice the size of the area shown in the first photo, so it rarely gets crowded. There are plenty of power outlets and seats, including many single seats, allowing you to relax comfortably. The lounge is also well-maintained and clean, making it highly recommended.

If you've been to Fukuoka, you'll inevitably end up at Fukuoka Airport as your final stop. Currently, the international terminal is under construction, making it a bit crowded, but there are plans to expand the airport with more convenient facilities and duty-free shops. If you're taking an evening flight from Fukuoka Airport, I recommend sitting on the right side of the plane. You'll get a beautiful last glimpse of Fukuoka at sunset. The international and domestic are still separated and need to hop on the free bus to come and go. It would be better if there was a roof at the observation deck as no one could go outside because of rain.Nice clean airport. Well condensed. Decent walkways concentration, could definitely use more. Not too big to be annoying. Connected to the rest of the public transport around the city. Two bus stops just outside the airport. Very convenient and centralized.

Fukuoka is the largest city on the southern island of Kyushu and your access point to the entire culturally vibrant and geologically active island. Train The Fukuoka City Subway Station is actually inside the Domestic Terminal Building. Get on the Kuko Line train and be in the city's main areas of Hakata and Tenjin in five and 11 minutes respectively. The Fukuoka Subway System operates three lines that span across the immediate area. Bus Bus stops are located at both the International and Domestic Terminal. Along with bus services to the local area, you can ride a highway bus to the temple complex of Dazaifu , neighboring prefecture and hot spring haven of Oita and further afield to the prefectures of Saga , Nagasaki , and Kumamoto Taxi If you are traveling in a larger group or with children, taking a taxi may be your best travel option into Fukuoka. Taxi stands are located in both the Domestic and International Terminals.

#hiddengems Sora Terrace Kitchen, a restaurant in the international duty-free area of Fukuoka Airport. I was surprised at the speed at which the food was prepared as soon as I ordered and paid. Eat a light meal before boarding the plane, It was a good place. The portion of food is generous. I am very touched that I can eat such delicious food for my last meal in Japan. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the Bangkok-Fukuoka overnight flight with AirAsia. Woke up to the stunning morning view of Fukuoka. The baggage claim area was well-organized and my luggage arrived promptly. Moving on to the departure area, I was pleased to find a wide variety of shops and restaurants to choose from. The duty-free shopping was particularly impressive, with a great selection of high-end brands and local souvenirs. Boarding my flight was also a smooth process, with clear signage and helpful staff guiding me to my gate. The airport even had a dedicated lounge for international passengers, which was a great place to relax before my flight.
