Mandarin Oriental, Sanya! A great place to experience Southeast Asian vibes and have fun in the water with your kids.
Hey guys~👋 Today, I'm going to recommend a fantastic resort hotel in Sanya, where you can experience Southeast Asian vibes and have fun in the water with your kids in the summer! 🏖️
📍Location: Mandarin Oriental, Sanya, located at No. 12 Yuhai Road, Jiyang District, enjoys exclusive views of the entire Coral Bay. The scenery is so beautiful that it leaves you speechless! 🌅
🏨Hotel: The Sea Breeze Pavilion and the Water Pavilion are standalone buildings by the sea. Open the door and you'll be greeted by a view of the coconut grove and the sea. The hotel is home to a wide variety of plants and has a high coverage rate, giving it a strong Southeast Asian vibe! 🌿
🏡Villa: Located halfway up the hill, the villa naturally offers sea views. The villa has a dedicated check-in area and restaurant, offering good privacy. Celebrities have stayed here before! The two-bedroom villa is perfect for a large family vacation. 🏡
🍴Food: I recommend the Chinese cuisine at Yi Yang, the Chinese and Western cuisine at Pavilion, and the Western-style romantic sunset dinner by the sea at Fresh. They're all super popular, so make sure to book in advance! 🍽️
🎉Entertainment: There are all kinds of fun water entertainment projects. You can have a blast without leaving the hotel! There are also sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, and other water activities. It's a resort hotel that's more suitable for young babies, and it's just too good to stay! 🏄♂️
Come to Mandarin Oriental, Sanya, and experience Southeast Asian vibes and have fun in the water with your kids in the summer! 💕

Mandarin Oriental, Sanya | The Divine Resort Hotel
Mandarin Oriental, Sanya | The Divine Resort Hotel🏝️|||In Sanya, where many hotels are crowded together sharing the beach, only two hotels can enjoy a bay all to themselves, one is the Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay, and the other is the Mandarin Oriental at Coral Bay. As Mo's first foray into the mainland, it has been open for over a decade. Some complain about its outdated rooms, and others say its beach is not fine enough, but if you've stayed there, you'll find all that can be overlooked. The unique vacation vibe of Mandarin Oriental will be unforgettable✨
📍Location
The hotel's service starts from the moment you get off the plane, with pick-up service. The hotel is located at Dadonghai, and reaching the hotel requires driving through a scenic coastal road with beautiful views (picture 10), and it is also a military base, with double control that filters out disturbances from non-guests, ensuring the hotel's privacy.
⛲️Public Area:
The entire hotel is filled with a strong Southeast Asian ambiance, with stone sculptures everywhere, extensive volcanic rock paving, and the intertwining of various plants with the architecture, making one feel as if they are in Bali. The hotel lobby is designed to be open, and just a few steps outside, you can see the ocean🌊. The meticulously maintained gardens, the interlacing of pavilions and terraces, and the ubiquitous frangipani flowers further enhance the lazy vacation vibe⛱️
🏡Rooms:
The hotel's guest rooms are divided into mountain, sea, and sky areas. If you have a budget, it is recommended to choose a room type above the pavilion level for a great experience. This time I stayed in the Fun Water Pavilion, and the room is indeed slightly outdated, but the abundant welcome fruits, large bottles of Evian water, and the all-inclusive mini-bar can win back some favor. Besides, the indoors is never the focus. Open the balcony door, and there is the courtyard, and just a few dozen steps away, you can walk to the beach (picture 9), vividly interpreting what it means to face the sea with spring blossoms🌸
⛵️Entertainment:
The best way to vacation by the sea is to find a hotel and lie flat. Here, you won't be bored without leaving the hotel, as you can experience the hotel's sailing⛵️, paddleboarding🏄♂️, snorkeling🤿, and other water activities. Make a reservation with the front desk one day in advance, and there are professional instructors to lead. Because the hotel enjoys the entire Coral Bay, the entire beach is yours🏖️, private and quiet. However, as its name suggests, the beach is a bit rough on the feet, and the sand is not fine enough. I highly recommend visiting their spa for a treatment, the techniques are quite professional💆, with pavilions and winding paths, turn off your phone, and you'll lose track of time.
🍴Dining:
At Mandarin Oriental, there are also a variety of dining options. You can go to the seaside noodle bar, listen to the sound of the waves while eating noodles🍜, or taste the local specialties at the Yiyang Chinese restaurant. In the afternoon, have a drink at the Sunset Bar while listening to love songs🍹, and the Sunset Restaurant Haijiaoxuan (picture 2) in the evening is one of the hardest to book in Sanya, thanks to its unbeatable sea view. If you want to go, it's best to book a week in advance. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and attentive, maintaining Mo's consistently high standards, and the shuttle service is very convenient, available 24 hours a day🚍.
Under such blue skies and seas, amidst the shadows of coconut palms, what worries can't be forgotten?
