Great experience at Shenzhen Four Seasons Hotel

Nice one-day trip at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen with lover, to enjoy a birthday celebration here. The staffs were kind and friendly, and very sensitive to notice my birthday on the ID card though I didn’t mention it, which is caring and surprising. The breakfast was okay but has space for improvement. Overall this is a good trip, love the swimming pool and its affiliate services, especially the steam room and warm pool. ;) #trip #四季酒店

📍Four Seasons Hotel, Shenzhen Perhaps has the best service among all the 5 stars hotel I’ve stayed. I’ve been to several 5 stars hotels in China, however Four Seasons had the best service! They should give our room service cleaner, Simon Su a reward. He was so concerned about stuff that i didn’t even concern about. It also had the best breakfast buffet! I went to the gym, it was legit. I really liked it there.

How to reinvent itself is a big challenge for a luxury hotel that has been open for more than ten years. Especially in the Greater Bay Area, where people are so good at eating, the challenge and difficulty of breaking through in catering is obvious. The Chinese restaurant Zhuo Yue Xuan at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is run by Chef Sun, whom I have known for more than ten years. He was the chef of the Michelin restaurant Ming Court at Langham Shanghai. Now he is in Shenzhen, a city with fierce competition and picky customers, and the challenge is huge. The honey-glazed barbecued pork is delicious. Other people use pecans to stuff cherry tomatoes, but Chef Sun uses amber walnuts, which taste even better. The dim sum is really good. The shrimp dumplings don't have lard, which surprises me, but the flavor and taste are not reduced. The mushrooms don't have any black truffle, but the taste is like black truffle. The bamboo fungus vegetarian dumplings, the crab roe soup dumplings without meat filling, and the siu mai with reduced salty taste of dried scallops but retained seafood flavor are all delicious! The best dish is the soup with century egg, tofu, and grouper belly. The grouper should be big enough so that the belly slices have the crunchy texture of jellyfish. I almost licked the bowl clean. The rice is also delicious, with a tempting combination of cured meat, pine nuts, and dried sakura shrimp. The taro paste dessert at the end is also remarkable. Staying at the Shenzhen Four Seasons Hotel, you can't miss the buffet breakfast on the 6th floor. The environment is very elegant, unlike the usual crowded large buffet restaurants. Review of the Four Seasons Hotel Buffet Lunch

Yesterday, I went to the Four Seasons Hotel for a buffet lunch, starting at 12 PM for 2.5 hours. The location is very convenient, right at Exit C of the Convention Center Station. Let's talk about the pros first, then the cons. The oysters and shrimp here are quite fresh, and the sushi and sashimi are also delicious. There are plenty of desserts, and I especially recommend the durian cheesecake and ice cream. However, the downside is that there aren't many options for cooked food. The most disappointing part is that there was no oil chicken or sliced chicken available, and the stir-fried noodles were also lacking. Priced at around 300 RMB, it's not too expensive, but it's a bit regrettable that a five-star hotel doesn't offer some basic options. Therefore, there is still room for improvement.

As you know the brand, this is one of the top brand in the world, and this is what I really expected. It's surrounded by multiple shopping districts such as Huangting Plaza and Cocopark, making it super convenient to go out for shopping and dining! This is one of the hotels I've stayed at where I was quite satisfied with both the experience and the location. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended. ★★★★★ The room I stayed in was an executive suite, which was quite spacious. The main attraction is the great location; once you open the curtains, you're greeted with a large floor-to-ceiling window that offers a view of the CBD's nighttime cityscape. Other standard rooms only have one window. Although this hotel doesn't have the 'Instagrammable' floor design like the one in Guangzhou, I think its functionality and services are much better in many ways. A major plus: I went to the executive lounge for afternoon tea and happened to have an upset stomach. I casually asked, 'Do you have brown sugar ginger tea?' Initially, they said no, but then a young man brought over a pot, saying it was specially made in the kitchen! I was so touched; it was literally a lifesaver, and instantly my fondness for this hotel increased significantly. In conclusion, having stayed at several five-star hotels in Futian, I think the Four Seasons is definitely worth the visit for its environment, location, and service, all of which are No.1
