Macau | Two-day Travel, Eating, and Shopping Guide
An average of twenty thousand steps a day, the streets are perfect for a citywalk in Macau!!
It just so happened to be the Spring Festival holiday, and it was super crowded.
Two days are enough for the Macau Peninsula and Taipa.
🔸Day1 Arrived at the hotel at noon but couldn't check in yet, usually after 3 pm. Stored the luggage and went to the nearby Fisherman's Wharf (picture 2) and had a brief visit to the Sands. It was about time to get the room card.
In the afternoon, took a taxi to Guia Lighthouse (picture 6, the scenery is good both halfway up the hill and at the top) - walked down to Guia Hill Street - Ruins of St. Paul's - Love Lane - Church of St. Dominic - Municipal Affairs Bureau Building (picture 7) - San Ma Lo (many gold shops) - Grand Lisboa - Old Wynn (pictures 14, 15, the Money Tree performance is worth seeing, there's one every hour) - MGM Peninsula
🔸Day2 Set off at noon, took bus 28a from the hotel next to Amizade Road to Rua do Cunha station (6 mop/person, cash only, during the Spring Festival there are route adjustments, got off one stop early) - Rua do Cunha (pictures 9, 10) - Galaxy (has a complete range of jewelry brands, the only hw in Macau is here) - Venetian (picture 17, didn't take the gondola as it was too crowded, mainly trendy brands here) - Four Seasons (also has a good range of luxury brands) - Parisian (picture 34, the stairs next to it are great for photos!!) - Londoner (picture 5) - MGM Cotai - Wynn Palace (pictures 1, 12, 13, the fountain show is stunning, changes with the music)
Because I had to go back to Galaxy to use the consumption voucher, I finally took the light rail from Cotai East Station to Pai Kok Station, just in time to see the beautiful night view of Macau again🌃
🔹tips: 1. You don't need to exchange too much cash, besides taking the bus and some snack shops, you can mostly pay with your phone 🎲 exchanged with Hong Kong dollars.
2. If you're buying souvenirs, there's no need to buy them too early. There are shops not only at attractions but also in many other places, otherwise, you'll have to carry them around which is inconvenient.
3. The Four Seasons, Venetian, Parisian, and Londoner hotels all have corridors that interconnect, pay attention to the signs or ask the staff.
4. There's no need to queue at very popular shops; there are many authentic snack shops, make sure to leave time to go where you want.
5. For accommodation, it's recommended to stay near a major location. I was going to HK later, so I stayed near the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal. There are free shuttle bus stops at various hotels that you can take. On the last night, I took the shuttle bus from Galaxy to the ferry terminal and walked 5 minutes to the hotel.
Great food, shopping, and sightseeing, will come again!!

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place.

I love the Four Seasons Macao. I love the Four Seasons Macao.
I love the Four Seasons Macao. I love the Four Seasons Macao.
I left my travel permit on the shuttle bus at the airport, and I didn't realize it until I was checking in at the Four Seasons Hotel.
Fortunately, the Four Seasons Hotel called the Londoner and the Parisian and found my travel permit. I was really touched by the Four Seasons Hotel. They called me several times to inform me to pick it up at the Parisian. When I was dining at Zi Yat Heen, they even came to tell me in person. I am so grateful! The Michelin one-star and Black Pearl one-diamond Zi Yat Heen is also good, but the first two dishes were a bit cold. However, the signature fried rice and double-skin milk were delicious. Breakfast can also be delivered to the room. The salmon bagel had a lot of salmon. The waiter also helped with the decoration!
Although there was a small episode, the air conditioner in our room broke down, and there was a faint buzzing sound in the early morning, which made it difficult to sleep. However, the manager responded quickly and arranged a new room for us.
The room was cozy, but you could see the traces of time. The toilet in the bathroom was really old, but the 80-square-meter room had no partition door in the middle, making the whole room look empty and large. However, the furniture was very comfortable!

Luxury Staycation at Four Seasons Macau!
Among the many hotels in Macau, we chose the Four Seasons Hotel!
We came for a staycation because the pool and spa are famous.
📍How to get here from the airport!
The closest way is to take the shuttle bus to the Londoner Hotel. You can also come to the Venetian or the Parisian, but it takes a long time to walk with luggage.
🏊Things to enjoy!
There is a quiet and luxurious swimming pool. They provide welcome food like fruits and ice cream. Towels and tubes are also available for free.
Another highlight of the Four Seasons is the spa. Although it's not very large, they provide disposable underwear, so you only need to bring yourself. Fruits and drinks are also available for free inside.
Although it is not as large as other hotels in Macau, the service is excellent. If you mention it's a special occasion, they will prepare a cake and a commemorative photo.
The attached photo is of the Executive Suite, which was upgraded for our special occasion.
It's the best place to enjoy a comfortable and quiet staycation.

Taking the kids to stay in Macau is not a hassle at all

It boasts the charming allure and bustling atmosphere of the Cotai Strip, truly a paradise on earth that combines elegant accommodations, Michelin-starred cuisine, and numerous leisure facilities.
The Four Seasons Hotel is very child-friendly. Upon checking in at the front desk, they first present two adorable stuffed toys. The kids are overjoyed! The hotel rooms are spacious, with a light yellow hue that looks elegant without being ostentatious. Paired with a small tent, it creates an overwhelmingly cozy atmosphere, and a series of little surprises really warms the heart.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Macau offers great value for money
The Four Seasons Hotel in Macau
🌈There are many luxury hotels in the Taipa area of Macau, among which the Four Seasons Hotel stands out for its high cost performance. The price is even cheaper than the Four Seasons in China.
🏩
📍Detailed address: Avenida da Nossa Senhora da Esperança, Taipa, Macau, located between Parisian and Venetian
🚕Transportation guide: There used to be free shuttle buses directly to the Parisian from the airport
🌟Highlights:
✨In my opinion, the service of the Four Seasons Hotel is impeccable. The butler-style service is available on call, and they truly treat guests as their own. Personally, I feel that the service is much better than that of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hangzhou.
✨The decoration of the hotel lobby and public areas is very classic, a kind of modern Baroque style, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and rotating steps, as if you have come to a classical dance party. The scene is very suitable for wearing evening dresses.
✨There is a huge outdoor swimming pool, not many people, relatively quiet, unlike the very noisy swimming pool of the Venetian.
🌱Nearby environment:
🌈The Four Seasons Hotel, Parisian and Venetian are all in the same building group, and the shopping area is also in the same building. Various high-end restaurants, luxury shops, etc. are all within a 10-minute walk. It's very convenient. The newly opened Londoner is just across the street, with a sky bridge in between. You can eat, play and shop here for a week. It's suitable for men, women, old and young.
💸Average consumption: The basic room is only seven or eight hundred a day when booked on the website. The room decoration is very high-end and classic, the area is slightly larger than the Parisian, but not as large as the Venetian, and it is more exquisite than the previous two hotels.
✍Small Tips: If you are a Sands member, there are often free rooms available, which makes the cost performance even higher.

Four Seasons Hotel Macau | I could live here and eat buffet every day
【Location】South of Avenida da Nossa Senhora da Esperança, Zone 1, Section 7, Cotai, Macau Special Administrative Region
【Features】Four Seasons Hotel is one of the top three hotels in Macau in my heart
Luxury + Brand Shopping🛍️
【Environment】The entire hotel is connected with Parisian, Venetian, Londoner... shopping is very convenient...
Macau's hotels are extremely luxurious, with high ceilings, wide corridors, soft wool carpets, and the scent of fragrance floating in the air...
If you stay in a hotel in Macau🇲🇴, it's really cost-effective
It's also suitable to stay in the hotel with your family for a few days, besides shopping🛍️, swimming pool, gym and executive lounge desserts are very suitable for family enjoyment
【Interior】Although luxurious, to be honest, the style is a bit old
If you can afford it, you can stay in the top floor suite, you can really feel like a French🇫🇷 princess overlooking the Eiffel Tower
The outdoor swimming pool of the Four Seasons Hotel is very large, with five pools and a high-end Spa experience
There is a large Chinese restaurant on the first floor, it's worth mentioning that the Four Seasons' buffet breakfast is very rich with fresh and expensive seafood🦞
If needed, you can also order Boston lobster to enjoy in the room
Compared to mainland prices, it's more cost-effective
【Soft Furnishings】Casual + Classic
Rosewood and super soft fabric sofa, this is a tasteful old hotel
【Feeling】Enjoyment😋 or enjoyment
【Average Consumption】No upper limit

The dazzling night view of Macau, you should take pictures like this
This New Year's Eve, I didn't go far, taking advantage of the fact that my Hong Kong and Macau pass has not yet expired, I decided to walk around Macau for this New Year's Eve.
My impression of Macau is just a small piece of land.
But after I came here with my camera📷, I walked 20,000 steps for two consecutive days. Although Macau is small, it has everything.
The food, attractions, and people in Macau all give me a strong impression.
The roads here are narrow but clean, like Chongqing, some slopes are very steep, but the drivers' driving skills are very good, if you don't hold on to the handrail carefully, you will be thrown out.
There are "people" from all over the world here, Londoners, Venetians, Parisians... But my favorite is still the people of Macau.
The quality of the people in Macau is really high, and they are very friendly to mainlanders, unlike the inherent superiority of neighboring Hong Kong that makes people uncomfortable.
Macau is very good, I will come again next time~
Tips :
1️⃣Don't go through Gongbei Port during holidays, it is recommended to go through Qingmao Port, which is next to Zhuhai Station.
2️⃣Be sure to buy a Macau pass in advance, you can get a 50% discount on the bus. Remember to change Macau coins, some stores do not support mobile payment, all buses🚌6 Macau dollars.
3️⃣Be sure to abide by local laws and policies and be a civilized tourist.
4️⃣You must be at least 21 years old to enter the entertainment venues of the hotel, and some hotels also provide free snacks and drinks, unlimited refills...
5️⃣Be sure to check the customs clearance time and bus information during the New Year, taxiing in Macau is very expensive.
